I purchased this computer after reviewing several different ones from Best Buy, Staples and walmart. When you compare the fact this computer has the 7th gen Intel processor and has 1T of hard drive space it beats the others in features and price.

I bought this Windows 10 HP notebook PC at Best Buy on 3/3/2017. It was on sale at a special discounted price. It has 8 gig of memory, 1 TB of hard disk space, a 17 inch HD screen, and an Intel I5 processor. This PC is a replacement of my previous Windows 7 HP notebook PC that had 4 gig of memory, 500 GB of hard drive space, a 17 inch screen and an Intel I3 processor. Both of these PCs have CD/DVD writer drives. I have configured my new Windows 10 notebook PC to look and behave like a Windows 7 PC. I use this PC for surfing the web, viewing movies, word processing, and the Quicken financial application. If you are buying a PC for the first time or need a replacement PC or need a second PC in your home, I recommend getting this PC at Best Buy. It is a great value. If you can buy it when it is on sale, it is an especially great value.

I'm very happy with my HP laptop purchase. The cortana feature is pretty cool, but I find that it's not very responsive unless my request is phrased just right. The screen quality is very crisp & clear.

My old desktop sort of froze up. Bought this to replace it. Easy to set up. Operates very fast. Wish I could increase the memory to 16gb but can't. However it has been extremely adequate for my needs.

I am happy with my new laptop. Sometimes it seems to lag a bit, but everything has worked since day one and although I hate Windows 10, I am getting used to it and it is not slowing me down too much!

Bought this laptop for school and personal use. It works great and I love the larger screen with HD. The one drawback that has nothing to do with the laptop is that now I need a larger laptop carrying bag since it does not fit my other two.

This laptop is fairly easy to use for someone who is a first time user of laptops, I like that it has a full keyboard with a ten key number pad and that i was able to hook it up to my wireless mouse.

A very nice laptop for a low price! I use a laptop mostly for general social media browsing and for processing my photographs. Runs my photo programs without issue. The Intel processor runs faster and cooler than the AMD in my last laptop.

purchased an h p 17.3 inch laptop from best buy. so far i am satisfied with the computer but i think that the battery is starting to lose some of its charge time. otherwise i am very satisfied.

Great bang for your buck!! My first HP & I could not be happier.

This computer is great for someone who is not a gamer, but who uses a computer frequently for word processing, searching the web, using software programs, etc. It runs very smoothly, has good color, and is generally easy to navigate!

Simply put I reviewed all of the laptops online and found this one to be a great value I did get it at during a special so it was $100 cheaper than its list price but I still believe it will be a great value even at its regular price

This is just what I needed! My doctor suggested I get a laptop because I was sitting at my computer most of the day and my ankles were swelling. Now I can sit with my feet up and use my laptop.

More of a middling laptop and it does the job decently. Typical HP fit and finish. Would purchase again. Office 2016, web browsing with many tabs, normal photo editing. Not a gamers machine.

My old laptop was 7 to 10 years old, so this took me a while to figure out. The sales person was very helpful in getting me set up with the right laptop and how to get the programs needed.

I have not had any problems with this laptop, but it is just for my daily work. My kids use for homework as well. It is light and easy when I have had to travel.

This new HP laptop replaces a Toshiba about three and a half years old. This one is faster, which is to be expected, and so far has performed as expected. Windows 10 was on both, so no change there. Meets my needs and then some.

Bought this for my Son. He was working as an R.N. The screen is large enough for anotherr person to easily read over his shoulder. Wives like to do that kind of thing. This year he will comlete his B.,A. in Nursing.
