My primary complaint is the slow hard drive and how hard it is to remove and replace it with a solid state drive, but for the price it gets me where I need it to.

Two weeks in to using laptop, the disk usage shot up to 90-100%, slowing down all processes. Virus scanner software didn’t detect virus nor malware. Would take it in for a refund but refund date passed.

I bought three of these laptops for my staff at the office to daily tasks, most of which are web based and Microsoft office based and it seems to do the job.

I use this laptop to run Cad/Cam programs for work. I was worried I would need a gaming laptop to run these programs but didn't want to spend the money so I gave this one a shot. Works great!

I purchased this laptop for a friend who uses it often. He is an accountant, also a bit of a gamer. He is able to handle all of his needs using just this computer. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a good computer. Very quick speed. The cd drive can be a little slow to read and start playing any cds placed into it but overall a good computer.

Love my laptop!! Wasn't sure I'd like Window 10, but learning it wasn't so bad!! And the memory is great. I do a lot of graphics work, and it doesn't bog down!! Definitely would recommend

This laptop was inexpensive, is fast, and has all of the features I need. The only minor downside is the mouse pad needs to be hit pretty hard to register a tap, but I'll get used to that.

The battery life is a little short, but I just plug it in if needed. Not a problem for me. I use it a lot to stream tv shows and live tv. So it's great for me. I'm happy with my purchase.

Using this for CNC work. For designing and cutting it has more than enough power for what I need, especially since I didn't want an expensive computer out in the shop with dust and grime.

I love 4everything about this HP. Easy set up. Taking some time to get used to the new windows but everything about this laptop is perfect for the average everyday non techy person like me!

I love this laptop for it's screen size, ease of navigating the keyboard and great screen picture quality. I will be able to do everything and more with this laptop for my personal use.

I have only had the computer for a couple of months but it seems like your basic computer with USB, disc drive. It has plenty of memory for my needs.

Works as advertised, not a speed demon, but not a slug either. A very good all around laptop with a nice big screen. Exactly what I was looking for.

Would have preferred a better laptop, but this one is doable. However, you need an external keyboard and mouse to effectively use it. The one that is internal is bad...especially the mouse

Used to have a Lenovo x220 laptop 12inches screen. This one is sooooo big and good for my eyes, use this for programming and do not need to buy a extra monitor. Recommended! Five star

I primarily use this computer for surfing the web and making purchases on line. I do play a few uncomplicated games. This computer is fast and almost all web sites come up instantly.

The HP computer is a good computer. I wish I would have bought the 15 in with the touch screen but this 17 is very good. I can screen tv and enjoy a few games. the email goes smoothly.

It was bigger than I expected but other than that it's an amazing laptop to have. It huge so carrying it around would not be a good idea.

I use the HP Notebook mainly for internet surfing. I may have 5-6 web pages open at the same time, and this laptop works very fast, effortlessly.
