Perfect Compromise

I wanted the performance of a desktop and. my wife wanted a laptop. This is the perfect compromise for performance and portability and price. The only downside, as others have noted is the track pad so we use a wireless mouse with it. I absolutely recommend it!

Great value, no frills system

Doesn't have any unnecessary features like touch screen, backlit keyboard, etc. A higher resolution 1920x1080 screen would be nice, but the 1600x900 screen is not bad and what you expect to get at this price point. Of course there is some typical OEM bloatware, but nothing that can't be easily uninstalled. Overall a good value 17" laptop with good specs for productivity.
