Excellent PC

Because I had a run in episode with Best Buy back in 1999 I have not shopped there since. I needed a new computer and where I normally shop did not have anything I liked in a computer. So I decided to take a chance with Best Buy again and I'm glad I did.

Great Laptop for the price

I really wanted a laptop with a backlite keyboard but those run hundreds of dollars more then this one on sale. I needed a 17" screen and under $400.00 for this laptop in the end was just to good of a price to pass up. To date, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Good Work Computer

It's not hard to relearn but I enjoy just using the mouse pad and the lack of responsiveness for clicking really gets to me

My husband did not want a touch screen or for it to flip over like a tablet. I just needed the number pad on the side. This met both of our specifications and is working great for us.

Nice laptop for every day use.

The only thing that could be better is the sound. The speaker could be better. I use a blue tooth speaker if I want to listen to music or videos which works well. Over all this is an excellent laptop and I would recommend it to anyone.
