Nice Laptop for the price

Primary use of this laptop is for internet surfing and video streaming. So far it has been trouble free and performance meets our needs. Couldn't beat the $399 price for a 17" machine. Our son still has a HP 17" we purchased for him 6 years ago and it's still running strong! Highly recommend this machine.

Perfect Mid Range Laptop

I use this for Web Browsing and Video editing. I was surprised and glad it came with Power Director already installed. The speed it perfect and the 17" screen is not to shabby. If you want a great Laptop and do not want to break the bank I recommend this one.

I can't get the USB Microphone to work

I can't believe how nice the bluutooth headphones work, and was so easy to pair with my devices. However I am still waiting for the documentation regarding the extended warranty. I want it in writing from Best Buy or will be returning them.
