This lap top is people friendly. The layout of the keyboard makes this product easy to use. The keyboard is spread out and leaves a space between to so you don't press other buttons for various information

I was looking for a new,but not expensive replacement for my 2 windows 7 laptops from 2011. The speed of this laptop is impressive and just what I was looking for.

This HP computer works well and is a good choice for me and my family. I have no complaints with this machine and hope for the best of use with it for as long as it exists. Two thumbs up for sure.

Keyboard is not lit which makes it hard to see if you are using this in dimly lit area. Track pad is not that responsive and you find your self doing the same motion over an over again to get it to work. Easy fix with a wireless mouse. Screen resolution is very basic and a bit grainy. Overall though, I just needed an inexpensive laptop to run some work programs on and this fit the bill.

Needed a new laptop for an employee with no time to research anything. It runs fast, has good storage and the right software. I added MS Office to it, as well.

Got this laptop to replace an old Toshiba. Works great for everyday use, but not made for heavy gaming. 17" screen is nice. Good deal for a laptop under $400.

On line shopping with Best Buy was so easy !! The computer itself is awesome ! I set it up all by myself following the on line instructions . Not computer savvy at all ! Just a great experience !

I was needing something for desktop publishing. While researching, I found this laptop with a larger screen, wireless capabilities and updated software. Very happy! Serves my needs perfectly!

My new HP laptop was on sale and it was a great buy. It has a CD burner and that was a must have for me. I look forward to using my new HP for many years.

Worked right out of box, windows 10 did not screw up...minimum of updates. Very fast, have a wireless mouse also. Hope every ones buy goes as well as mine.

I asked the associate for a recommendation and this was a good choice, plus the Geek Squad was able to back up and restore all my data off of my old pic.

Sound quality is great and I definitely would recommend this to anyone. I haven't had any problems with this laptop. I was skeptical at first but I'm happy I went ahead and purchased it.

The computer came with a desk top screen color issue and an internet web connection issue. The Geek Squad resolved all issues making the computer worth my money. I am quite happy with it.

I purchased this laptop for my wife as a birthday present having owned an earlier version with the i3 and windows 7. It had given no problems at all.

Heavier than I like but serviceable. 17.3 doesn't mean a thing when everything happens in the center of the screed. Too wide and too short in height.

This laptop is great for the plans I need to draw for the house remodeling project my wife and I have in mind. It has enough storage memory for the large amount of information required.

We just bought it for reading email ,face book but not for anything else so it does it job we didn't want high tech because we aren't high tech people

More than Capable Laptop, does everything I need it to. Surf, shop, business work, Invoices, and more, I am very happy with this Laptop.

The computer provide excellent display but was very disappointed to learn the transfer of all data from the previous HP computer could not be read

I like the laptop but wish I had purchased the touch screen version. Functions very well excep I can't determine if the num lick key is on or off.
