For the price point on this laptop I have no complaints. Everything works well, and it is as fast as expected. Does not get slowed down very often and comes with windows 10.

Performs well for the price. Other brands at this price level have a back lit keyboard but this one does not.

Bought this laptop mainly for work as a commercial roofing estimator. We utilize several estimating and bidding software of which this HP has handled them all and with flying colors!

This product is easy to use. The only disadvantage to this is widows apps were not installed. Other than that it is lightweight and I love itt.

This computer meets my needs but it was not as I was told. The net work card was suppose to be AC but it is BNG. I wanted an Network card...AC.

This laptop is priced reasonable - great purchase if you're not looking for all the "bells & whistles."

I use this computer for a business work. It handles a ton of open applications. Processing is fast, screen is clear and it is lightweight. It was a good choice for the price.

I went in the store and told the associate exactly what I was looking for. She didn't try to sell me the most expensive item there was. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love this laptop. Haven't explored all of the features yet, but have been pleased with everything so far. Am using it to build a website and so far it is working out great!

Purchased this for my wife...she loves it. She had to get used to it at first because all other computers we have are Apple, but it didn't take anytime at all. Works great.

I have not yet established my personal Wi-Fi connection so I cannot comment on internet usage; however, I have easily transferred and organized my photos and other files.

it is a great computer, but because it is so big you can not find a carrier or back pack that it will fit in so you can travel with it.

I bought the refurbished laptop from Best Buy and it is the best laptop i have owned and I have had quite a few. definitely recommend for the highschool/college student.

This computer is a very good computer. Has a good processor, which makes it very fast, and has a very large hard drive to store much of your programs, songs, or movies.

It's good for just surfing the web doing your personal emails surfing YouTube the only downside is that the battery life does not last that long but not a dealbreaker

Has latest i5 processor, decent amount of ram, 1 TB drive and a large 17.3 screen. Very fair price for all these features. HP is one of the better makers of computers.

The product I purchased at Best Buy was in excellent condition when it was shipped to me. I love the fact that you can track your package and it was delivered on time.
