easy to use

Keyboard is comfortable to use. Tracking pad not always as responsive as I would like. Have only had laptop a week, but seems more than capable of doing all I need it to. Just use it for normal household stuff and the kids use it for homework.

Poor Sound and Camera Quality

The image is very blurry and the quality of the sound is muffled. Tried adjusting the bass and treble and everything else but still sounded muffled. Needed this laptop for work to Skype and was told my image was blurry. Guess I should've checked the specs on the camera and speakers.
