The laptop is working out well. It starts quickly and moves through pages quickly as well. I am pleased with it.

Perfect for internet use, some word & excel. Functions great for what I needed it for without breaking the bank.

Looking for basic laptop but w large screen. This is perfect!! 17" screen w 1tb hard drive. Great specs and great price. Very happy w purchase.

The screen freezes. The computer glitches. The mouse pad on the keyboard sticks and will not scroll at times. I spent $500 on this and I'm not satisfied. I bought my son a Walmart touchscreen thst works better for half the price. I tried to return it after 2 weeks but Best Buy was not going to give me all of my money back! ! I'll never buy a electronic purchase there again.

Nice size screen, It does what it's supposed to do. Not the fastest computer.

I am not the best on a computer. This operating system would be great for someone who knows what they are doing

My son purchased to replace another laptop that he had. He likes the HP laptop better than the one that he had.

Sent the laptop in the field with a tech and all included features and setup went well and have had no issues.

Bought this for my daughter who is an artist and she is buying other programs so she can improve her art game.

I am still learning about this model. I had a different brand before. It works great with my HP Envy printer.

Large screen, fast, good memory. Not absolutely top of the line, but quite adequate for normal business use.

My son likes it has great color lost of memory. He like that he can do his classes online.

This HP laptop has a large 17.3" monitor which is always great to have and use. It has 8gb ram, and is an intel core i5 with 1 tb hdd. I also own a dell inspiron 15, intel corei3 laptop that I paid $200 less and it feels just as fast and powerful as this HP. So I probably shouldn't have paid that extra money for the HP just because of the monitor, but it is really nice.

Purchased to replace my old hp very light only down side is the shift key doesn't always work well

This laptop is great for basic use like internet browsing, watching movies, and other daily activities.

Wife needed new laptop for when she works from home. Laptop is great for using Office products and such.

It would be nice if all the USB ports were 3.0. 2.0 is very slow when transferring large amounts of data.

This laptop is great for working on 2 documents at once. Also great to play games and find objects. Love the briefcase I bought too.
