it worked very impressively, and its still going strong

This laptop has been everything I need and more. It's easy to tote along with you, it's a little heavy but nothing more than a large purse holding everything us ladies carry. It's not bulky and I wasn't sure I would like the texture on the top but it has proved to help with grip. This is definitely a product I would buy again.

I wanted to do a rating of 4.5 stars, but regardless, I like this computer. It's basically just like my old one which needed to be replaced since the screen burned out. A part of me doesn't like Windows 10 due to some software glitches and lag time, but it seems to be the more simplified version compared to Mac software. A part of me also dislikes the fact that it's by HP because their customer service is horrible. Surprisingly, this is the only computer I saw that was affordable with a 17 inch screen; everything else is 15 inch or smaller and more expensive. I guess they can't compete with other brands. But if you're looking for a more affordable version and don't care for a touch-screen computer, this is a good choice.

A great laptop for word processing, internet-browsing, and playing media. Good video and audio capability plus enough processor speed to run 3 or more programs at once. A good family laptop with plenty of memory.

So happy i shopped and found this laptop. finding all kinds of things i can do now that i could not before. User friendly. I am Tech challenged and it works great .. love the larger screen. Best Buy i ever did...

For home office use, this system has good performance, adequate storage and excellent support for any issues available online from HP. Th price was outstanding for a machine with a mid-range Intel processor.

This is s decent computer for the price. It takes a few minutes to boot up, but once it is up and running it runs pretty good. I like the fact it is a light weight laptop,

This suits my needs, is lightweight, and easy to use. I like that it does not get hot on the bottom like previous models.

Wonderful computer, vivid colorful clear screen and fast with internet and apps. I am very pleased, get into Best Buy and get yourself a great laptop. I bought mine on a promotion sale, made a wonderful buy.

This was purchased for my husband....so far he likes it but hasn't used alot. His old laptop was about 8 yrs old and too slow. This laptop has alot of memory and the larger screen as well as a cd slot.

I've been using it for a while now and it's so wonderful! It's so fast and smooth, plus the screen is big and clear making it so easy to see everything! It's such a relief to have such a reliable computer.

I love the big screen. It is great for online classes and papers and comes in handy whenever else I need it. I’m not a gamer but for school, it is great!

Like the larger screen and sleek design. Easy to use. Plenty of usb ports. No problems with set up. You can scroll with your finger pad or mouse with fast response.

I love this computer very fast and will hold a lot of material. Thought I was getting a great deal when I bought this I sale then was even better as a special and got the price match. Happy Happy Happy.

I use this laptop to run DJ Software and power hunger apps. Battery is not the best but if you need a steady laptop for productivity.

Very good price point, computer is better than expected. Only problem is the HP software loaded on the system. Had to remove some bloatware, once that is completed the fit and function is excellent.

Looking at the specs vs the price, there is value written all over this thing. I bought this laptop for my younger brother who uses it to record his music etc. It works flawless. HP is the way to go.
