I was having to work on a small Lenovo Chromebook. Coming from an officer where I had dual monitors - this was not going to work. I was assisted by one of the Techs online and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. Now I have an incredible laptop and an awesome second monitor - PERFECT! Who wants to go back to the office now? NOT ME!! LOL!! I'm quite happy with my new "WFH" setup!

Great laptop for work. Video quality good for meetings.

Laptop boot fast. Only improvement would be better camera. During zoom sessions, my broadcast look washed out. Not a big deal since my co-workers have similar. I'd recommend this laptop as a low-end computer. Bluetooth capabilities allow external Bluetooth devices, so there is a lot of possibilities. I would rate great, if not for the camera.

I've owned an HP laptop before and only had 1 problem but HP right away fixed the problem so they're a good company with great products! My old HP laptop which I've owned since 2009 was still in good wkn condition but was starting to slow down so I came across this 1. I've owned it since like last Aug (2021) and it's so fast and has plenty of ram. I would def recommend this brand of laptop.

Got this for my husband - we were looking for the larger screen size and numerical keys on the right, both must-haves for financial work and not offered on many laptop models. We also like the hinge feature on this model - less likely to break - an issue I have had with standard hinges more than once. Resolution and speed excellent. We have used and trusted HP for years and are never disappointed.

Purchased 8/2020 for $549.99. with software and tax over $700.00.. Light weight use but should have gotten more than memory.. You tube videos made installing Windows 10 creating the program icons I wanted easy. I did have the squiggly jumping windows 10 issue but again, using you tube vids, I resolved it myself with about 4 clicks..The letters on the keys are fading out, I think somerlse mentioned that.

So far so good. I had an HP that lasted for 8 years, so I like the quality. Picture is good, speed and sound. Perfect for Social Media, movie and TV streaming services and ordering online. I don't know how it would do with gaming. I didn't order all of the bells and whistles this time, but so far this is working perfect for me.

love how fast it is and the screen is big so i dont have to squint my eyes to read emails.

After about a week of use, I have found that it fulfills all of my needs. Large screen, large keyboard. The computer runs fast, when running multiple applications. It comes with Windows 10 S but was easily switched over. The only complaint that i have about it, is that it shows a lot of fingerprints. I would recommend it.

This machine is great. It runs perfectly, it’s fast, and does everything I need a laptop to do. However, I only owned the machine for 2 weeks and the printing on the keyboard letters was already wearing off. The plastic on the laptop also shows fingerprints easily which I don’t like. I had to buy stickers to put on the keys to prevent further wearing of the letters. Overall great machine, but cosmetically it’s a flop.

I love this laptop because of the size of the screen!!! It is HUGE! The processor is a lot faster than any of my other HPs I have had in the past (new technology)! There is plenty of room for everything that I will ever need to upload and/or download on here for myself and my kids. I have no complaints about my new HP-17.3" Laptop-Intel Core i5-iGB Memory-256GB SSD-Jet Black Laptop!!

Using this for self-employed business and for leisure. Luv the screen. Excellent price.

So far I like the HP laptop, it was very easy to setup. I like the 17" screen.

Great price and works great. The screen is really big and the laptop is pretty fast.

For the price, it is a great computer. Easy to use, nice large 17.3 inch screen, even has a reads disks. I am currently using it for teaching, and it moves quickly, good quality speakers and mics. This is my 2nd 1 one purchased within the month. My 1st had to be returned, because it wouldn't come out of S mode.

My son helped me pick this out. I finally replaced a desktop and so far, I am impressed with the picture quality. I opted for the larger screen as I like to edit photos on it. I also use it for Netflix so the larger screen is great for that as well.
