As of 1/1/2021 it is working OK. I am having problems opening Excel programs from my old computer. Also, I had to have a new operating system put onto the new laptop 3 days after I activated it. I wasn't very happy with that scenario.

The computer is good with the exception that it came with windows 10 in S. I didn't understand when I purchased it that this was a restricted system. I later learned that you can only use software purchased from microsoft with this system.

Tho this is a great laptop, I have difficulties seeing as clearly as I need; thus making the view more difficult for me to comfortably see. It’s a great larger size than many, but sadly larger than I should have purchased.

What's the difference set up and so forth like it's okay I would like to have some of the other things that I had on my other computer and downloading apps on the computer doesn't spread out the same as before it's different....

This laptop had a good price and was in stock, but It has outdated appearance and very small SSD, just 256GB. Speed is OK, but Windows 10S mode was very annoying.

Even though I prefer my desktop to the laptop, it has worked out fine. The main reason for the purchase was for virtual doctor appts. for my husband. (My desktop is on the 2nd floor.) Usage seems easy so far.

I bought the Laptop specifically to be able to participate in Zoom meetings. Told my sales person what I needed it for. Found out that Windows 10 will not allow Zoom App to be installed because it has a block built in called mode 8. If you remove the block which is not recommended that could allow spam or other junk to infiltrate the computer. I’m not happy about it and am considering returning the computer.

I needed new device. Stayed with HP because I have had good luck in the past. This one is one step over the line. Could have stayed with Windows 8.0. Went to BestBuy specifically because of the sales person.

I've been using Dell windows 7 for 10 years and it finally died. Wish I could have replaced it but time moves on and constantly changes - NOT for the best. Wish there was a way to get training.

I got this laptop due to needing a large screen laptop with ethernet plugin but battery doesn't last long at all, which is disappointing. Needs constant charging worse than my old laptop

Love the computer itself, but the quality of the casing is terrible and cheap. One hinge broke only after 3 months, the second hinge and corner of the casing broke after 10 months. Now screen wobbles and there is problems closing and opening the computer. Display is ok, not great resolution and color. I do not recommend buying a computer with a plastic casing like this, not a good long-term product.

fI need lessons and you can'nt come into the store and to try to make arrangements for someone to come to the house you have to hold for hours, and still no answer or no one on to help you

i have a picture and video its upsetting the microphone turns on without asking and battery life is crazy and picture dims at 70% battery life

I would have returned this tv if a friend had not put the box in the garbage before I knew it. I was told I had to have the box...wow is me (I'm stuck with spending an extra $500+.

There wasn't much of a selection when I went to the store so I ended up spending more money than I had planned on. The laptop that I bought does everything I need it to do though!

Nice computer, little on the slow side for being new with not hardly used. And not real crazy about not having a back light for key board. But for the price its all right.

I’m satisfied, but for the price I feel like I could have did better. I don’t like the fact that the laptop doesn’t have an Ethernet port. Also, the webcam is not so great.

Very disappointed have had HP laptops for years. This one has been at the Geek Squad twice and had to be completed reloaded!!!

not bad for the price. the biggest issue is that it insists on using its preferred browser over Google which really irritates me but I have found a way around this issue.

It has a plastic “ toy” feel to it . Poorly crafted . I can not believe HP produced a product of this quality . So disappointing!
