Battery started failing after about 6 months. At 6 min would only charge to 40%. By the time I returned it after trying to have it repaired under warranty(was told they don’’t have parts because it is too old) would only charge to 9% and that would only operate on battery for about 1-2 min. They also sent the un-repaired laptop to some address in IL when it was supposed to be returned to me in FL. Calling on the phone was told that no help was available. I had to go to the store I bought it from in person. The Manager of the Geek Dept. was very helpful in getting me full refund credit to apply to replacement. Got iMac 24” M1.

It is slow and feels cheap. But, then again, I was trying to find an inexpensive model. There was not much to choose from and the sales associate was very helpful and I would give him higher ratings except for the fact that I am not happy with this model.

We bought this for my wife to use as her old computer died and she was recoverong from covitype in on its own over and overd. We used it for just a couple months over a year and it started going nuts,,,number 7 would show up on its own,,over and over {50 or more} and the browsers pages would scroll on their own I took it back to best buy to the geek squad and it was shipped out and had a new keyboard installed,,I came backin a month and was ok,, for about a month and a half,,now the same thing,,and they want to send it in again.. I just bought her a different one,,{a Dell},,,dotn but this unit

I am not enjoying my Versa 2 Fitbit. I expected to be able to see the time, and second hand immediately, and I don't. It affects my profession as a nurse. My computer is giving me problems with Microsoft. Maybe this was not my time to shop.

I have had several issues with the computer. Not sure if they are software or hardware related. Geek Squad has been helpful to a certain extent, but I fear I may have purchased a lemon. Only time will tell if I made a good purchase.

Great replacement of current computer. Somewhat diccult as it was set with basic routes for other than I'm basically using. He talked with me but did keep looking up and away. Still learning how to teach myself.new

you have a lot of nerve selling this computer to anyone !!! I got one of these computers and had to return THREE IN A ROW all having the same defect, all bought at the same store. Finally, I bought an ASUS, and it works fine !!! There is clearly NO QUALITY CONTROL at HP or they would never sell the defective junk that they sold me, Three (3) times. I don't recommend HP to anyone !!!! YOU HAVE ALOT OF NERVE TO SELL CRAP LIKE THIS And put a good customer through what I went through !!!

Display screen is disappointing. Not clear or crisp. Very light. Speed is much slower than I expected. Would not recommend.

I must have got a lemon. This laptop is so slow. The screen is fuzzy, I have changed all display settings and still not any better. I wish I would have used the laptop before the 14 days but didn't need it during that time and now I am stuck with it.

I am not sure how to review this. I only got this 5 weeks ago and it is already with the Qeek Squad. The hard drive went on it. I am getting a new computer so I am hoping this time it lasts.

I bought this laptop for my son so he can do his remote learning for school. The letters were fading after 2 days. Best Buy was nice enough to let me exchange it for another one. Now the letters are fading away only a couple of hours after taking it out of the box. He only typed a little bit, he did not type for the full 2 hours. Just a few minutes here and there. I called HP and they said they never heard of this...Very Rare...really, Very Rare??? Two laptops both have fading letters immediately upon opening? Very disappointed for a $640 HP!!!!!

When I type the cursor keeps jumping around so that much of the typing has to be redone. Here is an example "arouch eypinmg tof thnd" which occurred while I tried to type the above.

Inability to resolve on difficulties in screen brightness, contrast and resolution makes this difficult to use for some applications.

purchased 2-months ago and while it works fine but it started making clicking noises. day 2 of clicking, i have disabled the DVD player and it has an SSD drive. that leaves the CPU fan? i now fear the system will die as the clicking grows.

Best Buy must have wrote these good reviews. Not even a beginner would think the screen resolution on this machine is acceptable. I checked the native resolution and it was set correctly. This doesn't even meet a standard resolution for this screen size. It should be 1680x1050 and it isn't. Shame on HP.

The computer works ok but the operating system, Windows 10-S has to be the worst ever conceived because it denies access to any Internet content that wasn't first purchased from the Windows Store. You can't access, download or purchase anything but what Windows says you can. So if it isn't included on their platform, this computer is locked out. I immediately sent it back to Best Buy.

Purchase was for my Daughter for her new job. After a few weeks there wad a problem. She returned to the store where purchased she was told by the store it was a manufacture problem and needed to be sent back to somewhere else for repair. Have not heard anything since.

It worked pretty good at first but after having it for a couple of weeks it started running slower than an old laptop that I have. Wouldn't recommend it.

Less than 30 days, no longer returnable. Will not boot up, fan extremely loud. Have used less than 5 times. Beyond upsetting.

was not happy, 2 days before purchasing all open box prices 40 dollars cheaper, I bought it on sat so any sales were not over. Bot this laptop prices went up 40 dollars dont know why. the next week it was delivered. Same day checked online price and they were all 40 dollars cheaper again. Called customer service about a price match and was told they do not price match open box. So watch the open box prices it might be cheaper days after you buy it
