The HP laptop performs as promised. The Microsoft Windows 10 S mode software is absolutely the worst that I've ever experienced. It completely chokes down everything you want to accomplish, Very unproductive, very limiting and very frustrating. If you try to opt out of S mode it just displays: " I'm working on it" with no results. I hope to return this laptop and buy anything else that doesn't use this software

The video quality is very poor. I believe I paid too much for this item. It is not really worth the money. It's ok but not for the price

This computer is not good for Zoom classes. The camera is very low quality and fuzzy.

I have purchased over 200 PC's in my 30+ And over 10 in the last 90 days Question is Bill Gates happy: with the new Laptop's with windows 10 that are soooo slow... fresh out of the box any of my very old windows 95 were faster. It seems to a outsider they are pushing everyone to Chrome Book which are less expensive. It seems every command to open Outlook or any Microsoft program there is a 2 to 4 min wait? Ron Bacchus

I have had this computer for 2 years and the hinge on the right side is broken, making the casing pull away from the keyboard. Best Buy tells me it might cost between $200 and $300 to fix (even with Total Tech!)! I bought HP because I thought it was a quality product. It is the last HP computer I purchase.

very slow response time. intial boot up i understand but even after it runs very slow.

Bulky, screen quality not good. Battery is HORRIBLE! You get what you are paying for.

Great laptop for surfing internet for beginners. My husband has only been using computers for about a year and half.

Used it maybe 6 times. Battery life sucks and very slow! I do not recommend!

Purchased item, brought home and began set up. Computer froze. Called Geek Squad number provided for trouble shooting. Explained issue and agent said "it's not supposed to do that....take it back to store". So I did, got my money back and left. Will no longer purchase through Best Buy.

I would have loved to have kept this laptop. Unfortunately, the windows 10 system that was installed in the one I got did not work. Tried many times to trouble shoot with Geek Squad. Ended up returning it and getting something else.

I have not used it yet. I can't find my info that was transferred from my old computer including my pictures. I asked for help but you were to busy to help. I have this computer for a month and l can't use it and my old one is in pieces. I certainly did not get my money's worth by paying extra to get info transfered I am not a satisfied customer.

I did not like the hp. I will probably not buy another hp computer. It is a disappointing computer

Plastic strip by hinges caused flashing screen, It was unfixable. Returned and but a dell.

Not too good. My laptop came late and it was missing the cord to connect it to wall.

I had an issue with my laptop screen cracking due to the battery overheating while charging (a common issue with HP laptops). HP refused to fix it for free even though my laptop was under warranty. Their repair price was more than what I paid for the laptop. Do not buy HP products.

Response time is slow for a new computer. Does not consistently display online pictures.

I would not recommend purchasing this computer. I have tried everything, and my laptop will not remove itself out of S mode, so essentially it is useless to me. I called HP Support and they want to charge $100 to help me troubleshoot the issue.

I'm a VERY loyal HP customer, but this one was just awful--right out of the box. The CD/DVD didn't function more than two times out of ten, and the start/menu button stopped working on both the keyboard and on the screen within two days. I immediately returned it and upgraded--WAY up.

It does have some difficulties work sometimes when I boot it up.
