Great computer. Such bright colors and a big screen which makes playing my games so much easier to see and play. I can do everything on this computer. I will recommend an HP computer to anyone who is looking for a great computer at a great price and of course, Best Buy for the great people, products, and service.

I am very glad that I bought my HP laptop. I have been able to do so much more with it than my previous computer. I was very nervous about using Windows 10 but this was very easy to learn. I like that it can communicate with my phone . The battery doesn't seem to last long and I may have to replace it for a better one. This computer has opened up so much for me. I look forward to using it.

Great laptop. Quick startup and shut down. Runs quiet. Connectivity to routers and printers is great. Enough memory and processing speed. Only possible draw back is the battery life may not be satisfactory depending on your usage/needs. Otherwise great product.

This is a very good item, especially if you wanted something you can move around and the screen size is great. Beats having a desk top that limits your movement, should you need to go and use your computer in another room or on the road. If you are like me and are not all that tech savvy, get the protection plan. The technicians are very helpful and provide great service.

This is a great system, especially if your looking at it for gaming purposes; Screen size, Speed, and Space. This is bigger then the average laptop these days but we expected it. Overall it’s been a great purchase.

This HP Laptop is a really nice product. Setting up the laptop was very easy and detailed, walk you through the entire process. I like the size of the screen and the accessibility of laptop keys. I really like the benefit of the Disc player, which allows one to burn music and make CD's. The price was just right and I qualified for free shipping, so overall a great purchase.

I purchased this laptop after my take home work laptop quit on me - it was at least 11 years old. After doing research and what would best fit my needs for work and home, I selected this model. It’s been easy to use, fast, digitally downloading Microsoft Office was easy, as was taking out of S mode. I have to use Chrome for work. I am very impressed so far and have no complaints.

I'm not a very technical person, but so far I like my new laptop. It charges pretty quick & holds the charge well also. My only complaint would be that some of the keys are smaller than what I'm used too, but that's because there's a right side keypad build in which I find helpful with my work. The screen is nice & big too. Can't wait to watch a movie on it.

The computer itself is OK, but the keyboard is too small and I am having a hard time adjusting my fat fingers to use it. The software is extremely difficult for me to come to grips with. Guess I am too old to quickly grasp new technology.

I have never before had the trouble setting up the numerous computers that I have owned. But I sure had trouble getting this computer set up. I also wasn't aware that it didn't have a touch screen. Also I was not offered a discount on Office 365 as my daughter was when she purchased her computer at Best Buy a couple weeks after I purchased this computer

its a solid laptop. gets the job done. the letters are starting to fade on some of the keys though. the keyboard is also very flat so you may end up with errors while typing. no backlit keyboard which at the pricepoint would've been great to have. overall good purchase with a few flaws.
