Great computer, easy to navigate, durable, large screen was great for multi tasking, and large viewability.

This laptop replaced an 11 year old 14" Dell laptop. I really like the large screen, it makes viewing multiple applications at once easy. It is also FAST! From pushing the power button to being online and checking email is 20 seconds. The number pad is really helpful when I am using Excel. The camera is fine, not the best but not bad, and the battery life is acceptable. It lasts for 8-10 hours with multiple internet tabs open, streaming music or a Zoom meeting, and Excel open. Overall this laptop is a fantastic value and I highly recommend it for school, work, or general use.

I bought my wife the HP 17-by3613dx 17.3" with i5-1035G1 / 8gb / 256gb NVME drive and I must admit it is alot better than I expected for base clock of 1ghz. It runs circles around her old HP Pavilion G7 17.3" with Amd A6-3400m and runs ALOT cooler. Has NVME drive also which makes it run very snappy. For $504 usd at Best Buy (open box deal, but wasn't even touched) it was a superb deal. Blows away the old HP G7 that she had. She has it setup in dual view with a 2nd monitor through the HDMI port running 1920x1200 24" monitor and she can play her online games (3d webpage based games) just fine. I wasn't really expecting alot considering the specs, but I am very pleasantly surprised. This laptop will be good for years to come.

Great Laptop for Home users. Although the battery did slow down after 3 years

It’s excellent for using but very short battery life

It's a wonderful laptop. It's really fast and I've never had any technical problems with it. My only problems are my screen has a white sploch in the bottom left corner of it, (I probably caused it when cleaning the screen) and the keys fade super fast. Overall a wonderful computer. It does great for playing games like Roblox.

Great laptop so far. Does everything I need it for.

I purchased this laptop in July of 2020 and a month later still love it. I had a old Toshiba that I had for 5 years that was literally falling apart that I had to use strong tape to use it. I got this as a replacement and love it. It's easy to use and navigate. Easy to customize. It's got the number keys on the side which I love. Also had a lot of new features that I am impressed with. No issues or complaints at all. I don't work on a this but I do use it quite often to pay bills, make charts and such, make my own short picture videos, online shopping, and soon will be checking up on my kids online schooling. It does everything and more and would definitely recommend this to others.

It's so fast, I love it. The SSD drive is amazing. It has Bluetooth also. You won't be disappointed.

Good value. I'm happy with the performance. The bloatware was moderate, mostly programs HP thinks are helpful. Win 10 S Mode is a pain but not too hard to turn off. I wish Microsoft would stop taking lessons from Apple on account control. While it is possible to set up a local account, they hide it pretty well. I'm not sure why HP didn't see fit to light the keyboard. That is my biggest disappointment.

The buttons fall off EASILY. HAD MUCH BETTER LUCK WITH DELL COMPUTERS...IT WAS ALL I COULD GET DURING COVID. ITS JUNK DON'T BUY IT. MY LAST HP EVER!
