Great laptop if you can keep plugged in.

The only problem is that I bought it for my zoom meetInns and my classes that are 2 and 3 hour classes. The battery didn’t even last 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed. As long as you can keep it plugged in, it a great laptop.

Poor internet connection

It isn't the router bc i have great connection with our streaming tvs even further from the router. I also prefer 15.6 size instead of the 17 inch but the display is great when u need a lot of programs up. If you don't have a basic knowledge of computers then this isn't that easy. I purchased the internet protection with it and had to switch out of s mode to install it.

Poor Quality

Started Off Great.......

I loved the size, the sleek design. It was perfect. In 06/2019 I brought one when my personal laptop needed to be replaced. In 08/2019 the plastic covering the wires and also helps the laptop close/open got twisted. Geek Squad was able to correct this for me. From this point on I knew to pay attention to this. Fast forward to 07/2020 I noticed my screen frame on the laptop kept lifting exposing the wires and screen. I didn't understand why this happened. Geek Squad confirmed this would be too expensive to fix. Wasn't happen to hear that seeing the laptop is over a year old and I took care of it. I never dropped it. I handled it with care. Before purchasing this laptop you may want to consider what you are using it for and how often. I was lucky to not experience any other issues but the fact it new and this happen has left a bad taste in my mouth. I believe this is a flaw in the design. They should not be using plastic but something more solid that can withstand daily use.
