The Laptop is Great.The Employees at Best Buy are another story..Almost all the employees in the store are very young.Only 3 good employees in the whole store.3 /4 ths if them are lazy,some hide,some try to gigure out how to get out of working,some when they see a customer run Away.The Security Guard is Very Aggressive,Over Reacts,He acts like Barney Fife on Andy Griffith,needs to be trained on how to deal with people.In my Opinion ,this Store needs a New Manager..If I saw all this as a Customer,then the Manager either isnt watching her employees,or just doesnt care. About the Customer...I get Better treatment at Walmart.The Customer Service there is the Worst.The Door Greeter says Hello,which is good but once you get in the store,you might see at least 5 or 6 employees before you get one to help you.And You have to Walk up and ask them for help.They never walk up and offer to help you.Never!Like I said this Best Buy needs a New Manager(Killeen Store)..I love my Laptop!..It is Great.Works Great all the Time...! Works Fast!But I would never Recommend a Anyone to go to the Best Buy in Killeen to buy anything.Go somewhere else to Buy your Laptop or any other Electronic Item. ..

I needed a laptop so I could work from home. The IT department gave me the specs I needed and this laptop was the most affordable with what I needed. I love the large screen!! I couldn't be happier!!

I purchased this for classes, and it has been equal to the task and much more. I gave it a high rating overall. Though the Webcam and microphone are not terrific quality, they do serve my purposes well and it would be easy enough to add an external. Operates very fast, with no waiting time once it gets powered on. I'd recommend it and would purchase again.

Not impressed with the design. The outer plastic casing doesn't feel strong for a laptop of this size. I am super careful when carrying around. I feel it would fall apart if I was to accidentally drop it on the floor. I do like the speed and the very crystal clear picture. The battery lasts a long time, too. All in all, a pretty good computer for the price.

I am super happy with my new laptop. I've had it 10 months and no issues. Honestly, it is so fast, I'm getting much more work done in the same amount of time. My salesman made the purchase so easy and I got just what I needed. He did not try to sell me something I did not need and I was very pleased with that too.

I love having a large screen, and it's lighter than I thought it would be. I love having a number pad too. If I was going to change anything, I would want the keys to be backlit, and I would want the clicking to be a little easier. It seems I really have to push to click or double click. The battery charges quickly and seems to last a good while.

I purchased this laptop to replace one that died. The process of getting a new one fast because college was starting back and my daughter had no computer. I was very please with being able to order it and my daughter being able to go pick it up and I didn’t have to be with her. She is very satisfied with this lap top, very fast and user friendly.

The computer is a very good model, though sometimes when deleting E-mails it ends up deleting two E-mails at once before I can read the one. Of course I have to alternate between battery mode and plug mode. Because the plug is 3-prong and my outlets are 2-prong, I have had to use an adapter on the plug. Otherwise the computer is very good for most tasks.

Bought this laptop for college. Large screen and easy to set up.

I bought the HP laptop because I am now working from home and needed a sepatate computer. From set up to downloading my work connect was a breeze.i gm very happy with this. Laptop. Best Buy kept me posted from order to delivery.

Only reason I have not given it 5 stars is the lack of a touch screen. It is my over site after looking at the large numbers of options and over looked the fact that this did not have the touch screen my bad but I would have thought a laptop of this price it would have been standard.
