This HP - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD in Jet Black was just what my daughter needed for college. The price, specifications, and availability made this choice an easy one. I bought it online and picked it up at the store.

Had an HP for about 9 years that finally died on me. I use it primarily for work by logging into a secured website via Citrix. Works perfect for all my needs - fast, easy to set up etc. Watched a couple of shows on Netflix with it and had no issues either.

When I first bought a computer at Best buy about 10 years ago I found the salesman very helpful and informative about the product. The young man helping me this time did not give a single bit of information. For instance window 10 has its own virus protection. I told him I just paid my webroot bill in April and he told me I could transfer it to new computer. I found out webroot is not compatible with the windows 10 virus protection. It would have been helpful if he knew that and could pass it on. He should have informed me windows 10 has its own protection.

I was amazed that the product was in stock, with everything on backorder. I only use a computer for minimal word processing, internet, and streaming videos. I don't play electronic games. For me, it was the perfect computer at a great price, and I walked out of the store with it the same day. I couldn't ask for more.

I love the wide screen and ease of the machine. The keyboard is easy to use and the size of a normal keyboard. I love that it has the number keyboard as well. It was a great price for what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone that is in need of one for work or school.

Bought this to replace my 5 year old HP. What a difference. The 8G of memory and the SSD make it a lot faster. Bought a second one for my wife.

This laptop has everything I needed. The new Windows 10 is the S version so I couldn't load the free security included. I couldn't pass up the price on this new UP laptop.

I haven't had a chance to use the laptop too much but I like the full sized keyboard, the 17.5 inch screen and for what I need it for it meets my needs. I also liked the sale price! I already recommend it to a friend who was looking for a good laptop.

This is a great laptop for work, its sleek, lightweight and was very easy to set up. The larger screen makes it easy to view spreadsheets and see your work on a broader plain. There is no lagging time and the processor is able to display many webpages without bogging it down. We are really happy with it

I needed a new laptop and this was probably the best bang for my budget. The camera is not Great for all of my online meetings but it does get the job done. For $500 Dollars you will not find a better computer with this big of a screen!

So far, so good. Excellent size screen for us "older folks". The installation was terrific. Josh Reetz is to be commended for his excellent rapport with folks who don't always understand the advances in tech. He is super helpful in answering every single question we had. KUDDOs to him!

Had some issues with the CD drive at first, so I had to switch out for another computer. I like the resolution and speed of the computer. Getting use to the Edge browser has been a learning curve.

I got this laptop for my wife. She loves the large screen and the quick response time in the apps she uses. Her last laptop was very sluggish and she couldn't keep many program open at a time. Not a problem with this computer.

A bit early to give a review of the product since it is only one month since delivered. So far I can say I am pleased with the performance. First thing I noticed was that it was super speedy to start compared to my previous computer. I have had no problems with the computer at all up to now.

Love that this computer was bloated with ton of preinstalled software. It made the setup much more smooth. Two items I would probably have upgraded for... backlit keyboard, touch screen. I love this computer, but didnt realize how much I would miss those two functions. Still... a great buy!

This is an excellent PC. Slender. Fast. Easy to set up. I am so happy that I chose this one. I only buy a PC every 4-5 years, so it was a hard decision to make. But I chose the right one!

Great laptop! This was for my wife so she could work from home and she loves it. Low end of the spectrum for memory but she isn't using it for personal stuff...just work! For the price it was a steal! Highly recommend.

My laptop was 7 years old and in need of replacement, My needs are pretty basic and the Best Buy associate helped me pick this one as the proper replacement. Thanks to the Geek Squad technician who came to our home to handle the date transfer and set up, the transition has been seamless.
