I bought this unit to replace a Lenovo laptop that was slowing down and appeared to have "memory" problems. The large screen allows me to have 2 or 3 workspaces open. I also like to have the Task Monitor open to check power and resource usage.

High value here. Large screen 8GBs and solid in high use. Keyboard is a bit sensitive, but it is a great middle of the road basic school work, work-work, internet surfing, Netflix watching toy. Graphics aren't half bad either for daily gamers

Love my new laptop. Easy to operate and compact (especially compared to my previous desktop. The screen is plenty big so that even those that have trouble seeing well should be able to see it easily.

My only negatives, Reason for not giving 5 stars. I feel the speakers good be better for computer this size. Also I miss the lighted keyboard as my 2012 HP Envy had.

Absolutely love it. I had my eye on this for awhile. I’m a simple user. I wasn’t looking for a lot of bells and whistles. I was attracted to this particular laptop because I like the size of the screen and it does everything I need it to do.

This laptop was a replacement for a previous Toshiba that some keys stopped working. Although it's considered "entry level" it works perfectly for me. I added an additional 8gb of RAM - the Geek Squad installed it for me - No issues there. They helped me set it up, even installing some necessary software I needed because we still had time during our appt. They made the process of "having" to get a new laptop as stress free as possible. The hard drive could be bigger, but I purchased a 5TB external drive and 256gb flash drive so all my work is saved externally - just in case. So far, I'm really enjoying this laptop and the extra large monitor is wonderful.

Great purchase! The price was right and the computer has everything I need it to have and then some! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new one as it's comfortable to use and just the right size to transport if necessary.

I was looking for a laptop with a big screen, and this one perfectly fits my needs. The picture quality isn't the best, but it is great for what I use it for (mostly zoom calls and classwork).

So far so good. Seems like a good printer. Setup was not bad for an old guy. One remote laptop is also connecting to it just fine. Amazing! Remains to be seen how it works over time, but HP printers are usually pretty bulletproof, so I'm optimistic.

I'm very happy with the computer, but had great difficulty connecting the printer to the computer. To date, I still cannot use the printer. I called Best Buy who transferred me to Geek Squad. After the first agent tried to connect the printer over the phone and failed, she disconnected the phone. Even though she verified my name and telephone number at the beginning of the conversation, she did not call back. I called a second time and got a male that was to arrange an in-home tech to hook up the printer and, again, the call was disconnected with no call back. After trying a third time, the third Geek Squad agent insisted on charging me a fee for help. This was my first and only request for helping after purchasing the computer and printer a few weeks ago. I disconnected this third call and am very disappointed.

Once I had Best Buy take the Laptop out of S mode The Laptop works Great Nice Camera and Mic Like the 17.3 inch Screen. Very Fast turning on and off. Have sent others I know to Best Buy to purchase the same Laptop thanks

Really enjoy my new HP laptop. The Geek Squad was there as usual to help me get started and understand how it functions as opposed to the old one. It is much faster and more current than my old one. The Geek Squad is the way to go.

So far no issues computer runs super smooth perfect for me building my online store

The machine functions excellently. The only draw backs are it being in “S” mode, which you can quickly remedy, and the camera could have been better, but It functions well. Worth the money.

We bought this to replace a 12 yr old Toshiba with the windows 7 program. So far so good. PC is fast and it was a a fairly easy step from our old computer.

It's exactly what I wanted. It does everything I need it to and more. Very, very happy with this purchase. I wish I could remember the young man's name who helped us. He was very knowledgeable and led us to the perfect product.

This is a great laptop, the large screen is perfect for my application and having a CD/DVD player is essential. The price is also a fantastic value for all you received with this unit.

This labtop is the same has my old one just an bigger generation. Love it can't go wrong little pricey for something thats not touch screen. But with COVID19 everyone's child is virtual learning. I'm in college and my old computer just crashed.

I added this Hp laptop product in my secondary office to my larger all-in-one Hp desktop in my main office. Both of these are operating, but both need help from Geek Squad (GS), since a few things are not yet operating at all. The desktop was set-up by a GS Field Tech, but since I have found some things not working. I set up the laptop myself, but more items than the desktop need help. I will make an in-store appointment with GS to discuss, and request a home visit, as I am a member of Total Tech Support. Currently, I have to resort to my old Win7 desktop to get some items done, with neither of my two new Hp products will accomplish, which must be corrected.

For general browsing, video watching, and even using DJ software this laptop does the job well! Large monitor is decent. I am not a fan of the keyboard, so if you do heavy typing plan on connecting a keyboard or look somewhere else.
