Great lap top runs fast and great for gaming graphic card is good the down side of this lap top it has very little storage right now I have it with geek squad getting 1 tb hard drive put in. But other then that it’s a very good lap top.

My screen had died on my previous laptop and I needed a replacement in a hurry, like today. The Best Buy employee was great, and we got a replacement out to the curbside pick-up, that day, I transferred my files from my old laptop quickly, using an external hard drive, but it is not great. What is great is the enormous screen and keyboard, thumbs up. What is not great is RAM and hard drive space. To get this to work for my needs I will have to add significantly more RAM, probably at least $50, and at least a terabyte hard drive, probably $90, then all the work to reinstall all the files and programs. Still, it is great to be back up and running, so thanks, Best Buy.

I need to replace my laptop but did not want Windows 10 -- could not get Windows 8 or 7 so was forced to go with 10...needed an optical drive and this one is just what I needed. Am learning 10 is easier than I thought it would be!

I love, love, LOVE this laptop! Excellent battery life, amazing memory, storage and speed. The larger screen is perfect for multitasking! Tremendous value for the money!

My old laptop had seen better days. It took me a long time to settle on what to purchase. I am pleased with this selection. It is fast and easy to use. So far I have had no issues.

this is the first laptop I have ever had and I love it. The printer is also very nice and compact. This was purchase was well worth the price I paid. I would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone. Loved working with the staff.

This computer has been great so far. It seems fast even though I have terrible internet. This computer had done exactly what I need so far even with high software requirements.

Needed a new computer since mine was dying. Didn't have a lot to choose from because of the Covid. I bought this on recommendation of salesperson and it was in stock. Very happy, definitely a lot faster than my old HP.

we have not had this lap top very long at all and the base where the key board is , it is coming apart . only had 4 1/2 months and it has been taken care of . not handled roughly so I do not know what kind of a product they are making .for it is not holding up I would hate to think what would happen if it was handled roughly. we have been happy with the computer part fasst and works great but it is falling apart.

This HP is awesome. I love the size and functions you get with the computer. Screen size is very good for my age; not too little. Wish the memory would have been a little larger.

Bought this so one of our kids could do school work during this trying times. The Solid State Drive help both quick starts and processing speeds. The large screen size is easy on the older eyes when helping with their work.

Due to covid there were fewer laptops in stock at Best Buy than normal, this laptop is larger than I would’ve liked but it’s a great product for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who will be carrying it around a lot

I am enjoying the new laptop so far. I appreciate the large screen and increased speed. The HP had everything I was looking for and so far has exceeded my expectations.

Very solid performance for the price. The 17.3" monitor is bright and functional. The only concern is it has a plastic case so not for a heavy use environment. For home, it should be a good machine for most uses.

Good computer for the price. It has a great screen-nice and large. Sometimes, blacks out randonmly for a few seconds and text gets fuzzy at random times sporadically. But overall I'm happy with this purchase.

It has all the resources for an office computer. I use it to see and comment on blue prints. It runs very well with office packages and some programs for architectural design. the screen is ideal for my work.

This was a good choice for me. I went for a larger screen. Much faster than I am used to work the SSD drive. The camera is not great, but that was not important for me.

my computer is perfect for me. The screen is large just like I need it to be. Tge resolution is clear.I wouldn't change a thing!

Nice large screen and one of the few laptops left available with a dvd player, which I need for my work so that I don't have to carry additional drives with me. easy enough to figure out the setup once you get started
