Purchased for an elderly user who likes the quick starting capabilities of the SSD drive, as well as the ease of Windows 10. Also, the laptop is very light weight.

Perfect screen size for practically all things we senior citizens will need or do! Love the DVD when downloads are unavailable.

I like the size, especially the screen size and the numeric pad. The screen resolution is not that bad, but not that great either. The touchpad is not very sensitive. You have to touch it a few times before responding.

Good value notebook that performs well and has an easy to read display even if you have older eyes. It does not have a touch screen which may be of benefit for someone who is not use to one and wants what they know.

Great Windows laptop for everyday use. Large screen, well made. Faster processor vs budget computers, and great for work use.

Two things I don't like about this laptop is that you don't have an option to light up the keys at night and when the numbers lock is on, there is no indication(does light up). other than those issues, I love it.

I have no issues since purchasing this. Nice big touchscreen to use. I am not the biggest fan of the HP keyboard layout but it's a personal preference for everyone if they prefer the layouts from other manufacturers.

Very sad that the key board does not light up and screen is not touch screen. My bad, I let someone else pick it out for me.

Great mid range laptop that was easy to set up and has a long lasting battery. I like the large screen and sleek design. Programs load pretty quick and the speakers are loud for streaming shows.

My my was I surprised when I got thus beauty for Christmas. I am in love with screen size, This was purchased for my work from home. I find myself watching Netflix on this baby more than TV.

The laptop is great for my basic personal financial use. Its speed is much better than what I was using. I'm glad I upgraded because it takes less time to check on account balances daily.

My dad had a 17 inch HP that was about five years old and he was really struggling with it. We saw this in an ad and he said that looks like my old one and I want one. He is 84 years old and doesn’t like change and luckily, this was the perfect replacement for his outdated computer. The transition of data went well and within a half hour he was back up and working on it as if nothing was different. The one thing he really likes about it is the touchpad. He has used my computer which has just one big flat area and he did not like yet. The HP still has the raised areas that you push on hand for him, it works much easier for him. Thanks to HP and Best Buy for giving him what he wanted and at a great price.

If you are a fan of HP in general, you will love this laptop. 256GB SSD is great for storage. Only draw-back is the battery life, could have been better.

It was a gift for my wife... Were still married so she likes it. She says she is not used to the touch pad but will get used to it. Screen is good. And she is glad I bought her the docking station.

I purchased this laptop for my 8yr old to do remote learning. The screen is large enough to split so that he can work on his assignments and also be in his Google Meets class. The webcam it very clear.
