Purchased this laptop for my daughter and it has functioned well. Note: This came with Microsoft Windows 10 S (Student Edition) which is great for protecting younger kids as it's "locked down" by Microsoft. Meaning non-Microsoft Store apps/software are NOT allowed. As well as many Parental Controls already in place. This can be changed via upgrade to Windows 11 Full Edition. Buts its one way, you cannot go back to the "S" Student Edition. I upgraded (for free) through Microsoft as my daughter is older now and the laptop performs very well with Windows 11.

This computer is really nice Seems fast I haven't had much chance to use it yet. It probably is a little bigger Than I probably needed I am excited to see how it works out for me!

I really like it. my screen is bigger and it's not heavy . I purchased it on 5/27/2020 The keys are the right size I didn't like the little keys

This was a great laptop I had it only for only 4 MONTHS till one day I turned on my laptop and it started to glitch. I then took it into the store “geek squad” they looked over it said it had to be sent away for the repair. Well got word after dropping it off and it was sent to the manufacturer after 2 days of me taking it in. But took them almost a month to let me know that they figured out what the problem was and I was told that the part was in stock. And I should be getting my laptop sometime this week. Then two days go by and now get told that I have to go into the store and pick up a new computer cause the don’t have the part for the repair.

Very happy overall. The size provides a great experience especially working long hours or even watching a film. I love the texture on the keyboard and the placement of the keys.

Bought it for my child who is a junior in high school and it works great. It was a great price. I did not rate it a five star only because it’s been less than 2 months since we purchased it.

I love the speed of the computer . It turn on real fast and the web browser is speedy

I love my new hp laptop!!!!!! It is really fast and the keyboard letters and numbers are really large. It is great for someone who needs glasses like me. Also, it is very easy to set-up.

I have been using the HP Laptop for a couple of weeks now, and I find it to be fast, easy to use and setup, and everything just flows!! I have to say this is much better than my last HP.

laptop was very easy to set up. loaded with windows 10. fits my needs perfectly for home use. would recommend to anyone looking for laptop for home use. also like the disc drive.

I purchased these units looking for systems that would allow remote connectivity with 10-key functionality and without breaking the bank. These fit the bill and have been great systems.

Easy to use and set up. Wish it would have had added geek protection but didn’t notice til we got home. Then derecho hit and shut Cedar Rapids store Down. Not sure if can still get it

Love this computer for my Thirty-One business. The screen size is amazing and it's very easy to navigate.

This laptop is great! Fast out of the box and works well. Meets my basic needs of Internet searches, streaming, and doing documents. I upgraded to 16gb ram and it's blazing.

I brought this for my wife ( who rarely uses it) but I’ve found myself needing to look or type things up and this was a good buy. The screen size and picture quality it amazing.

Excellent value for the price paid. This is used by my high school students and it sufficiently does what it needs to do (i.e. school work, not a gaming device).

This HP is awesome. Not heavy computer user but it is exactly what I was looking for. Performance is excellent. Wish it came in different color - would have preferred silver.
