I’ve purchased this laptop I’ve had it for a month and it works really fast Although the camera quality is not good It has HD wuality

Great laptop. Very fast with excellent wi fi connection. Very good value and the cd drive is an added bonus to allow me to view old dvds and cds. Great laptop for the price!

fast, easy set up. great for my travels! Wasnt looking for something expensive, just a laptop to fit my needs. Video is a little dull but able to do zoom meetings just fine

My only disappointment with this laptop is that it didn't come pre-programmed with Windows 10. Other than that, it's been a helpful tool in keeping track of our HOA's activities.

Like everything except for the camera quality like it is out of focus and a bit blurry. It needs improvement. I have tried adjusting the settings but did not have any luck.

Got this for my daughter’s college viewing. Very easy to set up. Solid feel. Screen is large and bright but not as sharp as some I work with. But for the cost not bad at all.

I love the size of the screen. I wasn't sure about doing without the mouse but found it very easy to adjust. My first laptop is areal winner!

The laptop itself works great but the keyboard is already losing the color on the keys and it is less than a month old. I am afraid that within 6 months I won't be able to see what the letters are. I know it is a "value" laptop but for $700 it should last more than a month.

Great laptop! Slim design makes it very portable and very lite also. It has all the memory space I need and the setup was super easy! I would recommend this product.

I just needed a new laptop for everyday general use. I basically just need to be able to use Excel and the internet and it works for both. It was also easy to set up and get started.

I upgraded from a laptop that had less memory. This is exactly what I needed for my college courses. I am taking all online courses due to Covid, so I needed a faster laptop.

Every aspect of the user interface is subpar. The screen can only bee seen clearly at a single, specific angle. If I need to show the screen to someone shorter or taller than me, I have to adjust the tilt. Scrolling and zooming with the touchpad work somewhat arbitrarily. Sometimes it will zoom too slow, and other times too fast. Often (particularly with Word documents) the touchpad will interpret my scrolling as zooming. That is annoying on its own, but it's compounded by the fact that it is nearly impossible to get it to zoom on purpose. Also, the selector buttons for the touch pad only work if you press just the right spot with significant force. If I need to click-and-drag, I must apply and maintain high pressure or else the cursor will disengage. Furthermore, the body of the computer is flimsy. the surface that houses the keyboard and touchpad rattles. And just recently, after 15 months of use, the housing is starting to separate whenever I close the laptop. So far, it snaps easily back into place. On the plus side, the CPU is great. When I plug it into a separate monitor, keyboard, and mouse, it works significantly faster than my desktop CPU. It also maintains its battery life very well. Bottom line, If you're looking for a really thin but powerful CPU, this is an excellent choice. If you are looking for a laptop, however, it's a disappointment.

This is the first laptop, let alone ANY computer I have ever owned. I used the public library ones for years, but since covid19 shut them down I no longer had acess to the internet. Having received a stimulus check, I decided it was time to join the 21st century! I am so glad that I did! This laptop is perfect for me as I live in a one-bedroom apt.and my space is somewhat limited. I love this computer and I am having a blast playing with it and exploring all the things it has to offer, Highly recommended!!

CD rom read write drive makes life easy for software uploads. Movies if we wanted. Big screen. Lots of computer for normal users.

So far BestBuy has held up their end of the deal. The HP Laptop is just what we needed. Now Zoom and other online distance communication platforms are really a pleasure to use. This runs the simple games my wife plays much more effectively than the older HP desktop, which was extremely slow. The speed of this laptop is more than enough for our simple needs.

Love this computer, large screen and quick speed. I got a great deal on this computer as a open box. I was skeptical at first but feeling now that l have made a great choice.

Love the size and features of this laptop. I mainly use it for surfing and streaming. The fan does get a little loud every now and then. No real issues other than that.

easy set up , however some things work and then don't. it's taking awhile longer then expected to get it working smoothly. choices for the 17" screen were extremely limited.

This computer is a great value. It is far more capable than my previous Dell computer which cost a great deal more. I am very pleased with this computer.
