This computer was reasonably priced and was perfect for working at home. Having the larger screen helped tremendously since I am doing more Zoom calls during this time.

After getting the Microsoft exclusive software removed, the laptop seems to be doing well. It is primarily used for searching the internet, etc. so the screen size is great

After using this computer for several months I have no complaints...fast and responsive....runs cool and works flawlessly... Love the larger screen and keyboard

really enjoy using this new laptop, much faster than my old one. I could use a few lessons on navigating the desktop and apps and Windows 10 which is new to me.

I wanted a computer that was faster and had more capacity than my old model, but was similar enough to it that I could learn to use it without difficulty. This was it.

Good Laptop... Main purpose of purchase was for meetings and in that case the camera isn’t the greatest quality being at 720p. Overall everything is else is great!

So far we really like the laptop. It took a while to get it working correctly and wej had to pay someone to come to the house since we could not print anything. Geek Squad could not fix it over the phone even though they had us try many different things. The guy who we paid fixed it in less than 15 minutes. The Geek Squad would have come to the house but it would have been 3 weeks and thats is after 2 months of waiting for a computer that worked. Not real happy with the process.

Needed an upgrade from the HO 17.3 I bought 6 yrs ago. Love the ease of setting since the virus caused a huge backlog with the Geek squad. So far everythingperforming well.

For what I was looking for, this fit me. The large screen with a decent processor. Good for paying bills, shopping and keeping up with the latest social media.

This laptop meets all of my personal needs, plus so much more. I would highly recommend this laptop for anyone looking for a fast, reliable, personal laptop.

This laptop with the 256GB Solid State drive loads programs quickly, but the drive is not large enough for some activities. A 1TB Solid State drive would be preferred.

Start up was easy. Works great. It was an early gift for our children since school lessons are online a lot more these days and they needed a faster processor.

Everything works well on this computer however some of the keys on the keyboard are printed lighter than others. Not overused as I haven't even had it for 1 month.

Excellent laptop! Needed a laptop to replace one being used for remote teaching. This laptop is perfect! Fast, easy to setup and use. All around great product!

Great value and great monitor size. The 17 inch monitos lets me use with no aditional monitos and de CDR it has gives me ease of use for my old apps and archiving needs.

Comfortably large. I use it for my business, so it definitely comes in handy, and performs well.

All the working space for work that I need. Added the Microsoft 365 to complete the package. Plus the dvd,cd player installed. Fast, easy to use, no problems.p

The camera could be a little better. I like that it start up and shut down very quickly. I'm still learning to use all of its features. Overall, I like my new computer.

This was bought for my wife as a replacement for the computer she now uses for her office. She said this one is just like the other one, except much faster.
