not bad for price... easy on my game.... enjoying it lots better than my old laptop!

We bought this wanting the larger screen. I like that it still has a dvd drive since a lot of them don’t. I was used to windows 7 but 10 is pretty easy to navigate.

Bought this for my wife, she uses it to do her exercise classes, great screen size for that. She loves playing games on it and it runs great. Very pleased.

First time using the Open Box product option and what a great deal. Saved money on my purchase and love my new Laptop would recommend to others.

Replaced a 6 year old version. This laptop was just a great upgrade faster processor more memory at very little additional price truly happy with this computer.

The HP-17.3" Laptop is easy to use. The screen is an excellent size, and the keyboard size makes typing easy and comfortable. I am very satisfied with it.

Great laptop for the price! Has everything you need for virtual student. It also has good picture quality and sound which is a must for students.

Speed is great and usage of this laptop is very user friendly. Also bought a Bluetooth mouse for it but the keyboard is big enough for complete ergonomic ease!

This is not a gamers unit. However, if you are looking for a basic unit for home use, home business organization, and searching the net, this is a good unit.

I use this laptop for a medical office to show patients xray studies. it is very reliable and quick to operate. The screen is sharp with good resolution.

I am impressed with the product, although there was two things I would have liked to have on this laptop. One was the lighted back drop and touch screen.

Overall I like this laptop. I bought it for light work from home use during the pandemic. The S mode was annoying so I did take it out of that with no problem. Only problem I have had is the power button doesn't respond very well. The button needs to be held down for an excessive amount of time for it to turn on.

Light weight. Fully functioned. Set up was automatic with easy step by step guidance. Mousepad was easy to use. Liked size of screen. No quality issues.

Starts up quickly and usually runs smoothly. Occasional issues with temporary pixelation on-screen for emails and certain websites. Also, screen blacks out momentarily on occasion, as did the last HP laptop I had. I have some reservations about recommending this, mostly because it's the second HP laptop that has issues early on.

Very easy set up, light weight, nice laptop foe the price!.. Only gave it 4 stars due to getting it out of S mode and it returning, otherwise great value!

I needed a laptop to reprogram my race car and this is the only one available at the time It's big and bulky , kinda feels cheap but it gets the job done
