Previous lap top failed to response after rebooting several times. It was almost 10 years old and needed to be replaced. Went on line and reviewed what Best Buy had available, Due to COVID-19 was unsure of being able to get replacement on a Sat afternoon. Went to local Best Buy and talked to young employee outside and he took me inside and took care of me. Thanks to HP for a great product and to Best Buy for assisting me to get an immediate replacement.

This is a fabulous computer. I am studying for a National exam and was able to inser the disc and type out all information needed with ease. Great item

I bought this for my 11 year old to do schoolwork on and it is amazing it runs fast and works great I would definitely recommend to friends and family

The shell seems a slightly cheaper material than I was expecting. The large screen is helpful when I’m working from home. Would recommend this product.

My laptop was stolen the night before and I needed a new one in a hurry. Found just what I was looking for at a fantastic price (open box).

Excellent value for the dollars spent . The H P works great ,does a complete scan in 13 -15 seconds . The high light though was the two girls who assisted me they listened carefully and helped me get what was perfect for me . I really wish that I could recall their names I did have them written down a piece of paper but misplaced it . I hope you can find who they were because they went over and above and are a truly an asset to your organization .

Large Screen and just enough specs to run applications and standard games.

Nice transaction in light of today’s operating procedures. Outside pickup was quick. 17” HP laptop with 10th gen i5 processor and SS hard drive is very quick with easy setup. Windows safe mode stinks but is fairly easy to get rid of. Overall, very happy with this home laptop computer.

I am really enjoying this computer… had it about a year.. ease in use… quick startups and love the larger screen

Great, basic household computer for my 62 year old, not-tech-savvy husband. Love the 17" screen, full keyboard, user-friendly programs.

I love how fast and light-weight the HP is. Even the charger is light. Takes about 5 seconds to load windows. I am very satisfied.

Best investment yet. Was struggling with a cheap notebook laptop that kept glitching out and would cut off if not connected to the power cord. Didn’t wanna spend the money to fix it and was really nervous about getting a new one. Went with my gut on this laptop and it paid off. Now able to do my coursework and with higher productivity and RAM. For such an awesome price.

I upgraded from a 4 year old I 3 to a new I 5 with a ssd it is quick the changes in four years are an improvement and it is a excellent purchase.

Purchased for class - easy set up out of box. Minimal use so far - 17” screen very nice as is have numeric keypad. Very lightweight.

Works good. Haven't had any problems besides using the S mode and turning it off so we could do school work. But after that it’s been perfect.

Easy set up. Vibrant screen. Fast. Good battery life. Camera (as noted in online reviews) only fair. On Zoom, picture is washed out.

The computer works great.Processor is very fast. Monitor has good resolution. And Wi-Fi connection is excellent. All at a very reasonable price.
