I recently purchased a laptop, printer, software and Geek Squad support from Best Buy. The entire process has been great. No complaints. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and patient...no rush. Then I returned to BB to meet with a Geek Squad rep who reviewed with me the loaded software. Then a Geek Squad rep came to the house a few days later to connect everything. Also very knowledgeable and made things very clear...great communicator. thank you for a positive experience everyone!!

Laptop is great, color is beautiful. The purchase was fast and easy. Unfortunately, what I am having trouble with is the Geek Squad. I paid for one year of support, had to have my printer connected to the new laptop, agent came to our home, after he left the printer was not working. I have tried calling, texting, emailing with no success, I tried several times calling the 24/7 support system with no success also, I get to a certain point in the phone call the and the audio voice hangs up.

I am pleased with the laptop. Never tried an HP before since I always purchased Toshiba, but they don't make them anymore. So far the laptop has been doing fine. I had a hard time setting it up since it was confusing. Everything I wanted to do I had to search for how to do it. But the resolution is great. I happen to use an external keyboard and mouse though, since that is my preference. Haven't had it for a month yet.

This laptop was exactly what i was looking for. Large screen and easy to see key and keyboard. Very pleased with my purchase.

I am very satisfied with my new computer. Furthermore the Geek Squad Desk was very helpful and professional at both my initial set up appointment and my follow up appointment. The second appointment I made, which I inadvertently schedule for the store instead of the Geek Squad, was also helpful to me. Mac help me get my Zoom app back as he was waiting for his next appointment. My thanks to him. Joyce Hohenadl

This laptop works fine for all around use and the lite photo editing I do. The 17" screen is nice and it works exactly as I expected.

Big screen, great for working from home. I would recommend to anyone looking for something reasonably priced that is good quality.

Wife wanted a 17 inch laptop with an internal DVD drive. Good laptop with a fast NVME SSD. For just over $600? Great deal!

i like the computer wish it was touch screen and word does not save documents the way you formatted them. I think its a glitch.

Good computer. My only complaint is with Windows 10, that I wasted hours trying to disable so I could load non-Microsoft products.

So far so good. I got this for my husband, to replace his 15 year old HP Laptop, (which still works, but the screen fell off.)

The size and screen were exactly as described. It is heavier that I expected; however, not more than denoted in the description.

Wife loves it, my son also is currently using it for his online schooling Price wasn’t too bad for what you’re getting

Love the big screen able to see more. I was able to hook up another monitor so I could have 2 screens to work better at home.

For the price, this laptop is tops. Great processor, RAM,and huge beautiful screen. I can't ask for more out of a $500 laptop.

Great budget laptop that helped my daughter do online classes during the pandemic. Very fast and reliable unit.
