We replaced a 10 year old(I know) laptop and this thing is night and day compared to that dinosaur, I highly recommend it!

Delivered as advertised. Disappointed HP doesn't offer more with the item, not in BB. Takes too to sign in, register. Cortana is a real PITA. Takes hours of your first day. Don't expect to open, power up and get right to work. Purchaser can expect to spend at least 6-8 hours going through the maze of instructions.

size is great for me. color and arrangement is good. since geek squad was not making house calls I have had some problems.

First you must know that I hate technology and that I always have problems. That being said, the screen and computer size are perfect. Key board is very easy for an 80-year-old to use. For me, there are too many sites, ads, etc. that pop up and confuse me. The only other thing is that I wish I had known there were colors instead of just black; however, I would buy this computer again.

This is an all round great laptop. Perfect for the basics. The only downside is it doesn't hold a charge for long.

I purchased this HP laptop for my 87 year old mother. She loves it. The screen is 17.3" so it's nice and big.

This laptop is good for what I need it to do. I like that it has the integrated number pad. And the screen is huge!

This was a replacement for an older HP G60. This one is so much faster and it had a DVD drive. So many now are coming without them. My dad uses this and he still uses DVDs, and CDs. This was a perfect replacement. Best Buy made it so easy to research it, purchase and deliver it to their house. I visited them shortly after and had it up and going on their network in no time. He really likes it. For a budget i5 laptop, it does quite well.
