Computer seems to be working: I was not able to properly download my MusicTime Deluxe 4 disc by passport music software company; I am hoping for more intuitive problem solving and/or tutorials to help me get through learning this computer since most of my recent experience has been on my 2009 Mac (now not working well) and a mac laptop from work I used to have but no longer have...Long time ago I had Windows Vista...and a virus in it!....any suggestions for me on tutorials to help me get familiar with Windows 10. My number 1 purpose is to learn to run music software: if MusicTime Deluxe 4 does not work out I may try Sibelius or Finale music software but they are more expensive and I have heard not very intuitive in their interfaces. I cannot really fully review this computer yet but am glad I can try to get help from Geek Squad: though that can also be a challenge sometimes! I am glad it has a USB 2.0 port since I was able to use my old MIDI hook-up from my keyboard to the computer with that port: likewise I am glad it has an optical disc drive since I hope to copy some photos on DVD or burn a homemade CD in this eventually: wish I had tried that already but you will have to wait: so my review is incomplete in many ways yet: might rate it higher if I could just get everything to work for me but I still need to learn the darn thing!

need a new computer and this was the one that had everything I needed. Can't beat the affordability either.

quick ,efficient and easy to use. Screen is big and easy on the eyes and the key pad is big and easy to use.

Light weight with plenty enough power for our needs. Like the fact that it still had USB ports and disk drive.

The screen is larger than I expected but the unit performs well and for it's size, isn't as heavy as I assumed.
