So far so good but a key disappointment

The only thing I'm disappointed with is when I put in a dvd, it doesn't open up immediately and start playing. In fact, whatever the dvd playing program is, I haven't found it at all yet or gotten it to open at all. Since a major reason I got this model was because it has a cd/dvd drive, I find this VERY annoying. I'm sure it's just an old lady having trouble with technology but it is frustrating.

The only thing I don't like is the texture on the facing and the position of the keyboard is so far back. Also, it immediately downloaded Malware onto my computer on startup. I had to Google how to get rid of it. Otherwise, it works fine.

It was a gift for our son who uses it for school work and he uses it to play all his games on and to do online searches, watch YouTube, etc. This was definitely a winner of a gift. Too bad we couldn’t wait until Black Friday to purchase. We definitely recommend this product.
