But got wonderful SAFE assistance by an associate. Had to order the one I wanted and the attendent made sure I was all set up with the Technician for the day my new device came in. I LOVE the GEEK SQUAD and my membership. I don't use them often, but when I need them they are always there and very accomodating!!!
