I appreciate the simple style and size of my HP. I must include the professionalism of Best Buy's employees! I haven't had an upgrade in technology for a long while, so I felt like a newbie going in, however they took great care of me & listened to my concerns. So, yes, I am ecstatic about my purchase.

Home Office Powerhouse With Economy Pricetag

It easily handles virtual meetings and allows multi-tasking (word processing, emails, screen sharing) during these meetings. Large display negates the need for a 2nd monitor for most functions. Quad core processor and 8 GB memory is huge for sharing media during virtual meetings.

SO FAR THIS COMPUTER IS WORKING OUT JUST FOR OUR NEEDS WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE CREW AT THE SUPER GEEKS SECTION OF BEST BUY AIEA AND SEEN TO AND FIXED ALL THE ISSUES WE HAD IN THE BEGINING AND WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE CONNECTED WITH OUR PURCHASE AT THE BEST BUY IN AIEA.

It is easy to use. The keyboard is simple to use. I would recommend this laptop computer to all my friends and family members in the future. I will continue to support Best Buy and shop for all my computer needs. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. I have used Geek Squad for years.

Surprisingly, I really like this laptop!

I was tired of carrying around a heavy computer. But this one isn't that heavy and it was the last one that would be available with a built in dvd/cd player, unless you went to the really high end laptops. That is important to me. It's easy to type on, responds well and has really made my life easier!!!

HP not what it used to be

Stopped worked almost 2 years in. Hopefully just a bad battery and that it’s an easy fix. Otherwise will not purchase HP again
