Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have had no problems at all with my new laptop computer. It is easy to use. The keyboard is simple to use. I would recommend this laptop computer to all my friends and family members in the future. I will continue to support Best Buy and shop for all my computer needs. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. I have used Geek Squad for years.

Easy setup. Great clear screen. The bonus additions helped in the decision.

Great computer for my needs. Fast, great screen resolution. Easy to set up.

Fast laptop, easy to use for home and work. I had no problems setting it up

I'm very pleased with the large screen size. Runs smoothly with no issues.

Huge upgrade from my previous laptop (7 y.o. 14" hp). It easily handles virtual meetings and allows multi-tasking (word processing, emails, screen sharing) during these meetings. Large display negates the need for a 2nd monitor for most functions. Quad core processor and 8 GB memory is huge for sharing media during virtual meetings.

The best personal computer I've brought in a long time efficient and reliable service provider i have no complaints of this product I'm about to order another one for my daughter she will be putting it to good use for a long time to come.

WE GOT THIS LAPTOP AS A MAIN SOURCE TO ACCESS OUR E MAIL. SO FAR THIS COMPUTER IS WORKING OUT JUST FOR OUR NEEDS WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE CREW AT THE SUPER GEEKS SECTION OF BEST BUY AIEA AND SEEN TO AND FIXED ALL THE ISSUES WE HAD IN THE BEGINING AND WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE CONNECTED WITH OUR PURCHASE AT THE BEST BUY IN AIEA.

This works perfect. I gave been using it everyday. It is fast and reliable.

great computer like the screen easy to use like the functions it has

Display, performance etc. are all as expected. First time using Windows 10 and really struggling to get the hang of it. Don't like that keyboard does not light up making it hard to navigate in low light (I'm not a great typist). Customer support has been good overall. Meets my needs. For the money, a good buy.

Meets expectations for my needs. Love the big screen for less eye strain.

Easy set up. Everything works well. Would recommend this to a friend.

Great laptop. No issues. Much faster than the i3 gen 2 that it replaced.

Easy for him to see on the screen. Nice that it came with protection on it.

Overall it’s pretty good, speed is fast screen resolution is not bad.

I’ve had this for awhile now, so I feel confident in doing a review. I haven’t had any security issues (used to with my last HP) and no technical issues requiring customer service. It is a great laptop - right now I’m trying to decide to upgrade to 11 (for free). I’ll update review later.

Very good laptop for its price. I think i might buy more for the family

Best laptop purchase by far, everything I need an a bigger screen too!

Functionally, this worked great... for the day that I had it. But it is a monstrosity of a piece of equipment. My TV was getting jealous so I had to return it. The camera is also of very poor quality. Not a good machine for video conferencing.
