Extraordinary!

It was an open-box purchase. She's thrilled. Even though she has TBI she's able to explore, watch movies and play games. A really big Thank You to Fabian here in our Winston-Salem, NC. store. He truly went well beyond basic customer service to help me!

Great laptop for the money.

Got my Bachelor's degree on it and my son got his Bachelor's, Master's on it before it died. Hoping this one will be as good. Very pleased that it came with a subscription to Webroot for the antivirus.

I think it’s worth the money and fits my needs. The quality is good and loads quickly. It is lightweight and portable. I find the screen resolution clear and the audio excellent quality. It was easy and fast to set up. It also starts up extremely fast.

The Office 365 is only good for 5 days. Microsoft, your sample is a joke. Bill Gates is a bad joke. This was an upgrade from a 10 year old HP. Faster, better and has all the Zoom webcam requirements.

The body is plastic but seems built well enough. The track-pad has separate left / right buttons which I like. 256gb SSD is a tad small, but expected for the price. Good value overall.
