Bought this computer laptop for in house school ( due to Coronavirus). Great speed, allows usage of a headphones to listen to teacher and has great video conference. Great price ( on sale). Bought a second one later for myself for at home learning for my job. Liked the screen and also the touch pad is great.

I am enjoying the HP laptop I purchased from Best Buy. I have very limited experience and knowledge of the laptop but am enjoying learning how I can put it to use. Love the beautiful colors on the 17.3” display screen. It is great to view videos, movies, web searches, Facebook posts and emails!

Was able to purchase the computer we decided we wanted. Noticed that many models displayed near the model we selected were out of stock. Because we live an hour away from the store, not requiring a second trip was important to us. The sales clerk who eventually waited on us was friendly and knowledgeable,

Screen is perfect for movies as well as streaming!

This is my first laptop computer after only using a desktop at the library. Since the library has been closed I finally have been able to catch up with my e-mail and again have access to my other accounts. This HP laptop has met all my needs and then some. I am really happy with it and would highly recommend it.

It is a great improvement over our previous computer, but has taken a little getting use to a different keyboard but I am getting the hang of it. Also we have had trouble a couple of something not printing and not being able to delete in from the printer spool, but that may be our printer is a few years old.

Fits my needs for the price. I would by it again !

Laptop works great but feels like a toy. If upgradeable it won't be easy. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had looked at it at the store but seems fast and no complaints on operation. Screen very hard to see outside but that's pretty much normal I think

Nice product. I had to accidently order online because no one in the store would answer I guess do to the virus. The answer recording needs to be upgraded to at least anwer when someone calls and redirect their call. I had a great person online who walked me through everything and received the laptop the next day.

I like the size of the laptop. The screen resolution is not that good. It isn't bright. I enjoy the laptop, just wish the screen was brighter and better.

I really like the product . I am happy so far. I paid.for.it in full already ! I really needed the tech support, they are wonderful ! I almost bought the computer on HGTV and was so happy I came to BestBuy instead ! Polite and patient staff Thank you Best Buy !!! Keep.up the good.work!

We bought this computer based on price and specs, hoping it would suffice for a work at home unit in this uncertain time. Through no fault of its own, it didn't. It was not the right fit for our needs and we had to return it. We did not do enough research and eventually had to return the item. Painless return.

This is my 2nd HP Computer and I am very pleased with it. My other HP Laptop lasted over 8 years. It is good quality. I am also happy with Best Buy's Curbside service. Quick and friendly staff.

This product was purchased as a gift for my grandson. He was so happy to receive it. He will be taking it to college in August but he is enjoying it right now. It arrived earlier than expected.

This laptop has turned out to be a solid investment for my small business. After a year in I am more that satisfied with this device. I did watch a couple of videos on it, but the resolution wasn't the best. However entertainment wasn't the purpose of this purchase.

My wife's gift, she loves the ease of operation. Still getting used to Windows 10, and all programs associated with it. We still have her old HP Envy, still works, but she loves the light weight, sleek design, and can't wait to work her side business as an arts & crafts artisan and teacher

This laptop is so much faster than my old one. Large keys so I'm not fat fingering several at once anymore. The webcam is extremely clear (make sure you look really good or you'll find things you need to fix) and I love having a separate number pad instead of having them all along the top only.

Laptop is great. Only issue was an HP BIOS update turned Windows S mode back on. Had to re-install Windows in order to make the laptop usable again. Then turn off Windows S mode and re-install apps. What a pain!! I work with computers, so I could do this myself. Probably a trip to Geek Squad otherwise.

The ease of start up and operation has been super. Fast start up is what I like the most. My old unit would take 3-4 minutes to get to the internet. This unit from the time I hit the on button to internet, 23-30 SECONDS. Very satisfied.

Great for streaming because of the large screen. If you don't plan to travel with the lap top it's perfect, but for me it was bigger than I expected. I ended up exchanging it for a smaller one. I enjoyed watching movies on for the few days I had it.
