The customer service and curb pick was amazing. What I didn't like was not being able to touch, feel and weigh the lap top prior to purchase. It barely fits in my computer bag and would work better as a desk top, since it is so large.

I am very happy with this computer so far, as I learn to navigate its many features. It is an excellent value for the price. I purchased this computer 3 weeks ago and have always purchased HPs so I know I will get the quality I expect.

I actually love the bigger screen, and it doesn't seem quite as heavy as my old one. Geek Squad did a great setup job and transfer of data from my old laptop. I paid for a couple of Word and Excel programs and am loving them as well.

Last one for the day! Salesperon was exceptional. He helped me buy all of this in about a half hor. I really didn't need the laptop the old one is fine but decided to update. Again, please look up this salesperson and recognize he deserves it.

I bought similar one Open-Box 4 years ago. It has been working as expected. But, I found that laptop tends to run slower with 100% Disk Usage while using Internet Browsers after using for 2 years. I now bought this laptop as Open-Box Excellent - Certified. So far, it is working as expected.

Very happy with the HP laptop. The machine is light, easy to set up and is screaming fast. It has some of the “older” features that I’m comfortable with like right and left click buttons and a cd/dvd drive. I’m planning on purchasing another one to replace my desktop computer.

10 year old laptop died. Like the HP brand and this had all the features required. Still had a DVD/CD drive which is getting harder to find built-it. Plenty fast and charge lasts about 6 hours. Wished it had more memory and SSD is a little small but sufficient.

I have had a great deal of trouble getting it set up properly because The Geek Squad was not available due to the COVID-19 business closings. Now that they are back in business, I have had to call them twice to iron out problems.

This laptop is perfect for me. I needed a camera, a dvd drive, and extra slots and this one fit the bill for me. It isn't as heavy as I suspected and larger screen size is nice! I turned off the Windows S mode easily and set up was a breeze. I can't think of any negatives.

Loving this! It's has the perfect balance of just being "basic" enough for getting work done without all the frills, but also is fantastic for using it for photography editing. It's a great combination of the best of both worlds that anyone can use depending on their sklill/need.

I came in looking for a laptop for my wife and it turns out that I am taking this one and she is gonna get the other Laptop that I bought earlier in the month this one's got a bigger screen and she likes the other one because it's nice mall for her so we've traded laptops

I like to wait until I've used a product for a while before I write a review. My husband is using it and has had no problems. We are not real smart when it comes to computers so this one was right for him. It's easy to use. It's nothing fancy but gets the job done.

Recently purchased a new computer. Geek Squad listened to what I needed in a lap top computer and then set me up with a sales representative. Then Geek Squad worked to move the data from the old computer to the new and a backup. Thank you.. and great Job even with the Covid 19.

We bought this laptop as a gift for my fiance's brother. He has been on it daily for everything from games to web browsing and has told us multiple times how much he enjoys it!

I like the computer thus far. The only issue is that it does not stay charged for a long time. In comparison to other laptops I had, this one dies the quickest and I do not used it a lot. Other than that, it is a good laptop.

This laptop was purchase during the holiday and I completely love. So far no issue ,it's working great and the battery is good too. The only thing is the fan making a bit of noise while running. Other than that this computer is a great value for my money. Love it.

All I had to do was turn it on and charge it up. No problems setting anything I wanted up or to transfer spreadsheets I wanted from my old computer. Just used a flashdrive.

Really like the bigger keys on the keyboard and larger screen. Very easy to set it up and get started. Old computer was slow to process and move from screen to screen, but this one is quick and saves so much time.

I love the size of this computer. It is a great computer, the only downside for me is that the screen resolution is not that clear, but it's great for the price. I was just looking for a clearer resolution.

I've had this thing for several months now and have little to no qualms about it! It runs smoothly with both playing video games and watching videos. Although, kinda annoying how the volume increases every time a new episode starts when I'm streaming netflix. Oh well.
