This has been a great laptop for working from home and searching the internet. Fast startup and shutdown due to solid state hard drive. The larger screen is very nice to have. I would recommend this laptop.

This laptop doesn't have a ton of features or the most memory or storage, but it wasn't priced for that either. It does a good job at doing average tasks. If that's all you need to do, this one is a good choice.

I was a little concerned about making the switch from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but, with the help of the Geek squad, Jen Krieger in particular, I am more than satisfied and confident using my new HP laptop.

Lightweight, Fast, Amazing memory ! Perfect computer for the at home use or even the home business person like me. I have over 4k files downloaded and barley touched the memory. I love this laptop and would highly recommend to everyone looking for a new one!

HP should have illuminated the keyboards for the cost of it. that would have been a nice feature because definitely needed. I like the nice wide screen a nd big keyboard. windows great as usual.

Good for everything but not great at large video files.

Bought this laptop about a month ago now - so far, so good. I had to replace one that was about 8 years old and this one has been great, plus it was on sale - $100 off original price. So much faster than our old one - wish I would have bought this sooner.

Purchased this 17" laptop to replace my old HP laptop, so far I'm very pleased. It is lighter in weight and has a better quality screen than my old laptop. It did take a little while to figure out how to link this laptop up to my 9 year old printer.

After a year the flip up screen where it connects to the base broke/cracked on the right side just from regular use. It needs to be redesigned and beefed up to make it stronger.

Good laptop the i5 processor pretty standard and ssd is always a good way to go. They improve how long the computer last and how fast they turn on among others.

I really like my HP-17.3" Laptop with its Intel Core it- 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD Jet Black. When I plugged my printer to it it recognized it and I didn't have to insert the CD to program it. Amazing!

A great pc for the price. A decent 17" screen and, a built in DVD player which is rare to find at the price, comes in handy when the power goes out. The i5 is a noticeable upgrade from the i3 for me.

I purchased this laptop on line, it's a bit different than coming in and talking to someone, but i think that I made a great choice. HP has never let me down.

I bought this laptop for my wife to have during college classes. She wanted a 17 inch screen that has decent power and battery life. So far she is loving it. It’s simple to use and simple to setup.

This was a purchase for a senior in high school who has to do distance-learning this fall and possibly for the whole year. Our thinking was it would be a good starter laptop for when he goes off to college next year. He absolutely loves his computer!

Fast. Only negative is the DARK keyboard. I use it as a laptop when watching TV and must have a light shining on the keyboard. Mine is black with thin white symbols/letters. White with black symbols/letters would be better. Next time I will know.

I needed a laptop for school, it a good laptop but I can’t play all my old games on it because The system was not design for certain games, don’t have any app for it. That sucks. Buy hey it Does it’s job.
