My HP - 17.3" Laptop-Intel Core i5-8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Jet Black is a great buy for the money. Delivery was on time and I am using a special 18 month 0% financing payment plan for my purchase.

AFTER A MODERATE WAIT TIME TO GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I WAS ABLE TO FIND A LAPTOP COMPUTER THAT I LIKED IN A VERY SHORT TIMETHE GEEK SQUAD WAS ABLE TO TRANSFER THE DATA FROM MY OLD COMPUTER ONTO THE NEW ONE. CUDOS TO ALL AT BEST BUY

In general I like the laptop but I have an issue with the quality of the camera as pics are grainy looking and colors are too light. Not what I expected.

The laptop is a bit larger in size, but very durable. We needed a back up laptop for remote learning during the pandemic. Great speed and storage.

Picking out the product was very easy. The person who helped us was actually with Lenovo, but she helped us anyway. We always buy our stuff at Best Buy because when something goes wrong, the Geek Squad is excellent at resolving the issue.

This HP laptop has allowed me to do everything that I need to do for ALL of my digital learning assignments. It’s lightweight and easy to carry from bedroom to my study area in the family office. I love it, even though I’m doing school work on it.

I still had a laptop but want to donate my older one to school students who will need them. Because I'm distanced from the district, I have not yet completely migrated to the new laptop yet.

We had typically used HP Laptops but did try a different brand our last time around. We are going back to the HP, we prefer it, it is faster, my kids can trouble shoot without really needing too much assistance as they are used to it already.

This continues to be my go to laptop for my work team. It is durable, responsive, good speed and processing and solid performer. The price is right for this product and a worthy purchsae.

HP is a trusted product. We still use the five year old HP laptop we bought from Best Buy. You get a great and dependable product with HP and Best Buy adds a second tier of service with the Geek Squad. Very happy with this purchase.

I really like this laptop,,,, screen is very viewable, easy to navigate thru functions, Best Buy sales and Geek Squad have been great, patient & understanding for my lack of tech knowledge.

I've always held HP in high regard and have an HP printer as well. Good Job. Best Buy is also the best. They were more than helpful, they anticipated most of my questions and did not take me for granted or speak down to me. Thank you very much

I always thought I needed an i7 processor but thus i5 is great for my home use. I won't over pay again. I am also very pleased with dvd. Geek squad set up everything and ai am very happy!

For an older laptop, its quite capable. I mainly use it for keeping my checkbook and banking. And movies. I don't much care for the plastic body but the hardware and software are just fine. It picks up fingerprints easily.

Camera works well, we’ve been Zooming and it’s clear.

Easy to use and install, get up an running yourself. I'm not a very technical person but instructions were clear and easy.

This has been a very satisfactory purchase so far. I have been able to use my laptop without much stress regarding my lack of knowledge about such things. It has suited my needs well. Service from Best Buy has been very satisfactory so far.

The screen size is the major plus but it heats up quite a bit if you run any high resource programs. The SSD is a constraint but not an issue considering a portable external disk is affordable.

Bought this for my wife. She often uses her laptop as an eating tray. The should explain why i buy her so many laptops. But she is happy so i am happy. Product seems to be a good one since i am not hearing any complaints.

It’s a decent computer if you are using it for basic things for example surfing the internet watching videos. If you are using Zoom or video chat, the camera is not that good.
