This was purchased as a computer to be used at home and not carried around since it is quite a handful to carry around. It is able to do get most of the things which it was purchased for.

Been looking for a new laptop since my old one died. I write alot and find ths laptop to be a good fit for anyone who wants to write. When I don't want to use my desktop I can just switch over to this one! Good size and battery life!

Its very easy to get the hang of I thought. Was originally nervous about it being windows because im not the best with the live tiles or whatever. That whole concept is confusing to me. But i found this computer easy to use and i love it.

This laptop is a good fit for anyone looking for a laptop with a dvd player built into the laptop. I use this laptop for personal and job purposes. The downside is that if it drops, the outer part of the screen gets loose.

I am very happy with my new HP-17.3 laptop-intelcorei5-8gb. It is alot faster than my old computer. Its a lot easier to use and navigate. It has a bigger screen, and a lot easier to read. It also has 256GB of memory.

Nice size letters on the keyboard. The Computer screen is a good size for watching Videos and Movies. The Speakers are good sounding also.

Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job of migrating data and programs from my old laptop to the new one. It was seamless to me and I never missed a beat. Kudos to the team!

larger display and keyboard helpful for those getting a little older :) Easy to setup dual display with HDMI for productivity and plenty of power for business oriented tasks make this a great all-purpose laptop.

I was a bit surprised that it was an HP, because I swore I had ordered a Dell. I am not disappointed though, it is a very good product. The memory is a bit smaller than I would have liked, but other than that, I am satisfied.

THE LAPTOP I PURCHASED IN SEPTEMBER IS A QUALITY PRODUCT FROM HEWLITT-PACKARD. THIS LAPTOP IS EASY TO USE AND THE WARRANTY IS THERE TO BACK UP THE PRODUCT. I NEEDED A QUALITY PRODUCT AND BEST BUY HAD WHAT I NEEDED.

My microphone in my computer died and I am on Zoom a lot so need to do something. I could have had the mic in the computer replaced or purchase earphones and chose that option. They have been great. I am so pleased.

Perfect laptop for my father in law. It came with a disc drive which was perfect since he still has many files he requires on disc.

i would recommend this system to anyone the product is great the color is good it wont get dirty i wish it was in blue. I bought this system for my grandson to use for his distance learning in high school so far it is good
