Had my old computer checked out overnight. It was in bad shape-time for a new one. It was easy to find what I needed. I then had all of my info saved. I am happy with my new computer which meets all of my needs.

Good laptop. It has some old school features I really like. I can write cds and play old movies. No frills and does the job. I hate subscription based services, which appears all Microsoft is going to for office.

I had a 15" HP for years and wanted a bigger one. This one was perfect. It's like my old PC had a big brother take over! The monitor is clear as a bell and the keyboard is exact, two things I needed. Worth every dime~!

A good laptop for every day use. The hard drive is the newer SSD type and is a little smaller than normal, but get a thumb drive with it and you'll be happy. Setup was fine and the things works well.

I recieved this laptop as a christmas present. So what I can tell you at this time is, SO FAR SO GOOD. I'm still getting used to a few things about it. Butt all in all, I am very happy with it.

This laptop serves it purpose and I am truly happy that I bought it. I have had it for a week and all is perfect, the build it yourself and HP professionals input made this a flawless process. Great purchase.

I like the ease of use of this laptop, however, I was a bit taken back with the $700. price tag with NO amenities. Also, it was the only one that was not a touch screen. I prefer to use a mouse and keyboard.

Great computer and is an upgrade from my previous HP 15 Notebook purchased in 2014. Larger screen, quiet, larger keypad letters & numbers and great quality for the price. Very happy with my 3rd HP computer.

Great product ! I needed a nice work horse computer. This worked out well for the price and specifications. It has the USB and cd drive. Plus, the screen is huge. A nice plus in any environment.

I've only had this laptop for a few weeks and so far, it's been working great. It's very fast and has great battery life.

Unable to install free antivirus bc i already had the same product installed. Tried ro call you to ask for something else instead but no one answers phone. The computer is an exellent product as usual with HP.

Although the SDD is slightly on the small side, and the video camera resolution is not the best, this modestly priced laptop is a great value for someone who just needs a basic laptop to handle everyday tasks.

I really only use it for zoom meetings email and homework so if your looking for a school computer I’d recommend this but if you are gonna do more intense stuff on it then I don’t know enough to speak on that

It works, has a cheap feel to it, scrolls fast and jerky. nothing like my old 800.00 Toshiba. we will see how long it lasts, i will get a better one next time.

Bought this as a gift for our daughter ! This is exactly what she needed to use with her Cricut ! Had to take it back so the geek squad could set it up ! They were very helpful & knowledgeable !

Purchased online after seeing display in store. The hardware installed with laptop handles my needs. Wanted a bigger screen and my son needed a laptop able to handle his online classes. Both needs met.

This is my 3rd HP laptop. No complaints other than the fan unit died right before the warranty was up. Otherwise has been a great computer and does everything I need.

Easy to set up. Can find all of the applications. Keys large enough that you don't hit two at the same time. Durable laptop. Outside strong and will not crack if it gets bumped. Plenty of memory
