The computer has performed quite well for me so far. The biggest issue has been microsoft's so-calld Windows 10 S operating system. Once I got past that road block everything has worked fine.

I am glad to have this computer, the only thing I need to double check is microphone and the sound. I am giving it 5 star, because I think I need to figure it out the microphone and the sound feature.

This is the current low-cost option from HP. Has the older i5 quad-core processor. Windows10-Home. Only 8GB of RAM. But it will keep you in the game. Good replacement for older Win7 machines.

Buying new laptop. Best Buy agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions. Product purchased was reasonably priced. Set up Geek Squad for data transfer from old computer

Very reasonable laptop with good graphics and screen size and a CD/DVD player. It is hard to get a laptop with CD/DVD anymore, and this capability is still valuable to me.

Great purchase - we use it for our home business and have had no storage or other issues. A bit on the heavy side so not great for transporting but otherwise a great purchase.

So far so good! I’ve enjoyed getting to know and understand this laptop so far. It has been able to tackle anything I’ve thrown at it and hasn’t disappointed me at all yet!

This laptop has a larger footprint than most but it also has a cd drive, three usb ports and hdmi. That’s pretty good for the price. We like it. We have been using it for over a month.

My new laptop is great and the Geek Squad did a good job in transferrin old file from a non-funcioning computer to the new one. They've helped me repeatedly as I learn to us my new HP>.

I WAS LEARY ABOUT BUYING ANOTHER H/P I USUALLY UPGRADE LAPTOPS EVERY 3 YRS AND ALWAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THE H/P BUT THIS ONE BEEN GREAT AND FAST ONLY TIME WILL TELL

Just like the 15" I5 that I bought a couple of years ago and still working great. I like the aluminum case the 15" has better but I cannot complain. For the money, you will not find better.

Bought this laptop for my daughter because she was taking remote classes and her pervious laptop was not working with zoom smooth. This laptop also nice with gaming. She love it very much.

A great buy working on a book deal had great quality, I’m older so I wanted a computer with a ram to watch my movies on the go if I’m mobile. I would definitely recommend this product.

I really wanted an HP but haven’t bought a laptop in a long time. This was exactly what I wanted. Great size, comfortable weight, excellent storage space. Very happy with it.

My only complaint is that the CD drive starts spinning as part of the power cycle even though there is no CD present. I read that it's a normal thing but I find it unnecessary.

I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase of my laptop. Also pleased with the support I received with the initial purchase and with one issue that I had after taking the laptop home.

i LIKE THE WIDE 19" SCREEN AND THIS HP-19 IS DEFINITELY FASTER THAN MY OLD HP-15. i ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT BOTH PCs HAVE CD DRIVES. PRICE IS FAIRLY REASONABLE FOR A QUALITY PC.
