The laptop was just what I was looking for. Delivery to my home was super fast, package was well protected, and install and set up was smooth.

It was a great experience with the computer being exactly like I wanted and the staff getting all the software installed along with transferring the information from my old computer.

Having used a 17" HP laptop windows 8 for at least the last ten years, it became necessary to update it. This 256 GB SSD was what I was hoping to find at a good price. I think I found it.

Great configuration for basic home use. Quick processing. I onl6 wished that it had touchscreen capabilities. I would repurchase this laptop in a heartbeat...

this device meets my needs very well. I'm a light user. The laptop is easy to use, has good quality, good value for the price. I like that the device has an option to view/use CD.

Works great for my home office. I have it connected with the HDMI to a large monitor and a wireless keyboard so I now have two screens.

This laptop has served very well for our college student. The speed of using multiple applications is great and she is able to multitask as she needs to especially with virtual learning.

We got a courteous, knowledgeable employee. The price of the laptop seemed a bit high to me as I found a refurbished laptop of the same make and model for much less - but didn't want to wait.

I love My new computer, however I have been charged for web root and I have asked that that money be returned to me because I have a yearly membership with Webroot already. I am also very disappointed in the way I have to contact Best Buy every time I call the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings we can't get good customer service I want to talk to a person. Sure I would suggest anyone buy at Best Buy and I may just not ever get anything there again. Until you are able to get a better customer service I will not be entering your store.

I like how fast it is but I dont like how small the hard drive is. I dont want to have to plug in an external hard drive to save files. they other HP that this one replaced had the 1 T HDD.

Basic and compact does everything I need it to be to work from home such as spreadsheets to memos. Speed is good and can multitask without any problems. Good purchase.

I have found this to be a good computor for my grandson to use for his home study course in school. It is bigger enought and built pretty durable so it should last him a long time

The computer had all the features I needed but the setup from Best Buy was not. I had Best Buy transfer data from old computer to this new one. The person who gave me my computer at the Geek Squad counter could not find button to turn on computer to show me it was working. I am getting all sorts of commercials and that should not be the case and even the time was not set to our zone after a wait of three days to get the computer in order. I am paying a high price for a contract with the Geek Squad and things are not performed properly.

I love this laptop so far. Everything I was looking for. I still need to remove pictures from my old laptop and put onto my new laptop. And put a new screensaver on it.

The PC was priced at a regular $629. When it was on sale for $529, I noticed there was an opened box in excellent condition. So I took it for $481. This is really a good deal.

I love the screen size and the price of this laptop. Unfortunately, the wording/letters gets scrambled and blurry after some time of the laptop being on. I need to wait about a minute for the wording to clear up before being able to read my emails and type emails. It makes working from home very difficult. I would return if I was able to.

A large display makes it easy to see and use. Packed with features. the only issue I have is the power connector in the side is rather week.

Works great for my needs! Just don't like that it came with Windows S mode... Hard drive is sufficient for my needs, but I think a 500GB makes more sense for some people.
