My previous HP Laptop died and I had to get a new one in a pinch. For the price I thought this was a great value. I do not use it for gaming or editing tho, just basic computer use.

Bought the laptop for work and as a portable DVD player. Works well for both. I'm concerned about the fragility of the DVD drive, but I'm careful and it plays quite well.

I WAS ABLE TO FIND A GREAT CASE FOR CARRYING MY LAP TOP. The procedure for using rewards points was a bit confusing and had never been explained when my major purchase was nade.

I like the ease of use, the large keyboard and number pad. It is not as sensitive as others I have used, which is a good thing. Lightweight and easy to transport. I like it.

Very fast computer. One problem, though. The screen goes blank every once in a while, but recovers after a couple of minutes.

I love my new HP laptop. It has so many features. I still have alot of things to learn about it. Its the perfect size for my needs. I must add I'm not tech savvy

Decided to get another computer after the one we had broke down and would be beneficial to have a backup. The larger screen was a factor in deciding to buy this computer.

This is exactly what I wanted. A laptop with a disc drive. There didn't seem to be many products on the shelves but the associates made my experience great.

Purchased this for my daughter going into junior high school. It's a big screen and so far she's enjoying watching movies on it!

Being technically challenged it takes me awhile to get things working the way I want them to, but so far everything has gone great and I'm getting use to all the new stuff.

Nice big screen, the only problem I had was it felt cheap, and the keyboard was uncomfortable to use, u returned and bought a nitro 5

The pad (mouse?) is not very responsive. Have to tap it several times to make it respond. Works OK. Disappointed there is no keyboard indicator light for number lock engaged.

So far, so good. It was a bit of a hassle getting it out of secure mode which wouldn't let me download anything but once that was corrected, everything has been good.

This computer is exactly what my Son needs for remote learning this school year. The screen size is perfect for zoom classroom! HP computers have never let my family down

I still love this computer - use it every day for work and home. Fast processor - that's the key. It's heavy, but sturdy.

I always get good results whenever I have any work done on my computer and the staff is very professional and exstreamly but helpful and I really appreciate it

Bought as a a replacement for my previous Acer Aspire laptop and I can definitely say that it's an upgrade. It fits my needs perfectly being both bigger, faster and sleeker.

I love my laptop, it's nice and big and has everything I need with it . I've been looking for one that I could use my disc and DVDs with and this one I can.

I really like the design and the hardware is great. To me the only thing I do not like is the processor speed could have been faster. But, overall I am a satisfied customer
