I purchased this computer for my 17 year old daughter. It was definitely a great choice. I would recommend this purchase to anyone in need of a good computer.

We bought this computer for our kids, we love that it doesn't have a touch screen and does have the ability the play CDs and DVDs, which most laptops no longer have.

I use this for surfing and playing PC games on. The high end one's are non functional on it but games like WoW and others along those lines work great.

My wife and I are very pleased with the HP laptop we purchased from Best buy. It has met all our expectations. Great help from the sales team and the Geek Squad.

I bought this for my child to complete homeschool. He is still able to play his favorite games and complete school online. I highly recommend this laptop for anyone.

Still familiarizing myself with computer, new windows operating system. Larger screen a bit more than I am use to. Good volume. Keyboard not as smooth to touch.

Overall this is a good laptop. We bought this laptop for my parents. The big screen makes it easier for them to see and navigate.

It is easy to work wuth. Love the touch-screen. Makes life so much easier to do the work. After a month of use, I love it even more than when I first bought it.

I bought during the pandemic for work mainly for zoom... and unfortunately this laptop i couldnt even download that app

I've had this laptop for about 9 months now. No issues, doesn't lag, good bit of space, quality is good helps my daughter with her virtual classes.

I would have given it a 5 star but the screen is not up to what I have seen in other laptops. Great computer for the price

Love my laptip however it does run slow. I work from home and need a fast running laptop but this would be perfect for normal use

I’ve only been using this new computer for a few days. So far It’s been a great computer. It’s easy to use and much smoother to operate than my previous computer.

First one was defective but they were very good with the return and replacement. So far I like the laptop and have been using it for pleasure and business.

It's a nice Laptop but apparently bit off more than I can handle, A little to much for my use. Having problems getting it setup. Thank heavens for the Geek Squad.
