I generally love my laptop. However, I thought it was just like the last Hewlett Packard I bought which has a DVD player on it so I was rather disappointed in that part.

We love the new laptop. It downloads everything so much faster. Very easy to use!! The Geek Squad was great at explaining how the laptop worked.

Bought this for my son to use for remote learning for school. It arrived 3 days earlier than expected, which is a plus. My son has not had an issue thus far.

Overall a good product. The camera feature is not so great. There is a lot of noise in the image. Very grainy.

We haven't used it much, yet. It's more complicated than the Dell. The mouse we use always seems to get away from us. I can't use the pad to maneuver.

The HP17.3" laptop performs as expected, although it does have a few glitches interacting with some of the Microsoft products. I am currently trying to resolve. This laptop is certainly not top of the line, but it is okay for the price. The hard disk internal space is not very good nor is the RAM, but as long as you are not running high maintenance programs, such as CAD/CAM type applications, it works just fine. Bottom line, it is good value for an average user,

This computer is awesome! It has al lk the features and software I need in order to do my work and get some play time in. I would tell people to buy it

Ordered online and laptop was exactly as advertised. We just drove up to the store & an associate brought it out to us. Couldn’t get much easier.

I needed a new laptop for family matters as well as to assist me as a professor of law. The HP has the internal CD/DVD read/write capabilities that I needed.

Sales deal was with a Internet protection software package which the Windows 10 S will not allow to load. When I contact support they have not been of any help.

Ordered a different brand from Amazon. We returned it. Went to Best Buy to see the phones on display. Picked a Panasonic brand. It works great.

I don't like the pads to move curser ( all lap tops are this way), I prefer a mouse. I was disappointed to find out that it has very low storage space.

This is a great computer to use for working from home as I also purchased one earlier not knowing the difference between intel and intel 5 with 8GB Memory.

This laptop is absolute worth the money. My husband did not like the dark keyboard, so gave it to my son who loves it.
