Customer Ratings & Reviews

I absolutely love this laptop. The battery life is amazing as well as easy to use. I have not had any issues with it, however I only bought it a month ago.

This machine works well and is easy to configure. The display is also good and the 17" is good for working with business apps. Good value and recommend.

My whole family loves this laptop. Wasn’t to sure when we got it because it was an online order. Wet happt

amazing service. Amazing computer. Got here faster than I expected!! Smooth easy checkout! Highly recommend!! Will be doing business with Best Buy again!

Great long lasting computer for a student! Im a mechanical engineering student and it works great with CAD and other programs.

Fantastic computer. Has everything I need for work and home. The built in drive is convenient and necessary for my needs. Highly recommended.

Bought an open box laptop. Saved almost $100. Works great and looked brand new. Check out an open box before paying for anything brand new.

Fast pick up and the employees were very polite and friendly. If you go to the store they help you to what you are looking for.Awesome!! Thank You!!

Great over all customer service short lines fast and easy purchase look up fast pick up safe and sanitary they disinfect after every customer

Only complain is it has a small hard drive. A good laptop for a student. Or a beginner in using a computer.

Other than having to bring it back to the store for service, it now appears to be operating well. It is our 3rd HP computer and so far I am satisfied.

I bought this to upgrade from a 10 year old laptop with 4GB RAM and an upgraded SSD hard drive. This machine was not much faster and I was disappointed. I returned it and dropped the extra $500 to get a truly superior machine. If you are looking for a computer to run Office applications this will work. If you need to do any graphics rendering this is not the one for you.

I love the new laptop! It has everything I need for surfing the web & checking emails ect. Haven't had any problems with it so far. Thanks Best Buy!

Purchased for a client for home use. Setup was easy and reasonable speed for price value. Screen was Ok, not the brightest, but suitable for normal use.

Good CPU power and build. This was purchased to run large Zoom meetings and also to run live DJ streams using OBS and bespoke DJ controller software.

This laptop is absolute worth the money. My husband did not like the dark keyboard, so gave it to my son who loves it.

A good laptop for school. Not as clear or sharp as glass screen laptops, but that also makes them less breakable. Note: It is not touch screen useable.

My computer is still running strong. It was perfect for me. The only great price cpu with a cd drive which are hard to find now days.

Bought this for a job that I didn’t actually need it for. Found out 17 days after purchase. Best Buy Goodyear wouldn’t let me return it because I guess I was TWO days past 15 days ... Decided NOT to buy the $1600 tv I liked there because of not being able to return it. As far as the laptop- meh... it’s decent. My 10 yr old MacBook is far more functional. Wish I could return it. I run a small business and am not very interested in using Best Buy in the future now

Have an older HP Pavilion with the larger screen and was looking to purchase another. This device works just as well and is even quicker. Love it!
