So far it is good. But I can't download the virus software I purchased. Something is blocking it. Once I figure that out I might rate 5 stars.

The laptop is really working very well. I got the SSD disk and can't believe how much faster it is. It takes seconds to power up instead of minutes.

Bought this for a job that I didn’t actually need it for. Found out 17 days after purchase. Best Buy Goodyear wouldn’t let me return it because I guess I was TWO days past 15 days ... Decided NOT to buy the $1600 tv I liked there because of not being able to return it. As far as the laptop- meh... it’s decent. My 10 yr old MacBook is far more functional. Wish I could return it. I run a small business and am not very interested in using Best Buy in the future now

This laptop is pretty good. Graphics aren't great o it. Somewhat of a basic laptop. No frills. Great for students.

Have an older HP Pavilion with the larger screen and was looking to purchase another. This device works just as well and is even quicker. Love it!

A decent and needed upgrade from my present laptop. Not as aesthetically pleasing as I would have liked, but a great value for the money.

Old laptop screen was going out, so I purchased this one. Because of the SSD, it boots up and shuts down in no time. Definitely worth the price.

It's not a NASA super computer but it is what I needed to get the work I needed done. I am very happy with the computer I got for non gaming work.

I've been holding off giving a review on my new Laptop computer HP. It has been really bad using this, Everytime I want to move something with the mouse the whole darn page moves. I held off cause I thought maybe it would correct itself but so far NOT. This is the first Laptop I've used that has acted like this and I wonder if there's anything that can be done. It is so bad I almost don't even want to use it and I Love being on the computer.

My grand daughter is 15 and has multiple mussel disorders (Arthrogryposis )(AMC) . She hasn't had any additional problems with using this laptop.

Its a good one.and my husband like it alot.and he use it to play music .and he does lot on it and he enjoys doing work on it.and he loves it alot.

This has proven to be an excellent computer. easy to get up and running, with very nice features, such as a link to my phone to access documents.

This laptop seems to be way more complicated than necessary. What's apparently suppose to be for convenience feel more like unnecessary complication!

Hate the scroll left and right buttons, difficult to 'blindly' touch and feel also the up down left right buttons are seriously too small

super fast processor and nice to still have DVD drive but the sound quality is lacking and way too low and the video camera is also poor quality.

very appropriate computer investment...has numerous capabilities that the old computer that I used for years was never capable of

Bought this laptop for my mother-in-law. Extremely easy to use for the tech challenged, great picture and works for what she needs it for.

I love the size and slimness that offsets the size for carrying. Image is clear and better for my eyes since I am on computer much of the day.

Overall happy with purchase. Only issue the antivirus software sent with product cannot be installed as operating system is windows 10 S.

Laptop work good. very happy with it, and got it $100.00 less, after buying it because it went on sales a couple of week after I bought it.
