    Absolutely THE WORST computer I have EVER purchased!!!! Screen intermittently blacking out upon FIRST set up! I used this for work and could NOT get any work done due to constant pixelation of the display; could not even see what I was typing. File Folder refused to open even after several clicks on File Folder icon and going to "Open" for File Folder app itself. Word and PDF documents either would totally not download at all or took 5-10 minutes to download. Got the blue rotating circle and "Not responding" message for EVERYTHING I tried to do. On first day of use I had to call HP Help- they "cleaned" the system. Next day (on the job mind you), STILL same issues- called HP Help again, they "re-installed" the system. 3rd day on the job- same issues, spoke with HP Help, got case number and took that piece of crap back to the store. Sad thing is my two older HP laptops (one lasting from 2008-2013 and my current one bought in 2014 and still going strong today) were/are HEAD and SHOULDERS above this NEW piece of crap. HP has really gone down in quality. I believe ALL laptops have declined in quality software and quality materials PERIOD. DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP! (Purchased 12/4/20, returned today 12/12/20)
