I switched over from a desktop to a laptop. I use it mostly for surfing the internet, checking social media, paying bills online and tracking expenses for rental property. I don't do gaming or graphics or anything like that. I wanted a large screen and a name I could depend on. I have always like HP products so I decided on a HP laptop. This works great for what I need it to do. It's lightweight and very easy to use. Perfect for my needs.

I was told when I bought this laptop that it was touch screen. It is not VERY disappointed. I am also having problems learning windows 10. Did not know I had to buy Microsoft 365 to use the apps. I was charged $99.00 extra As a senior I am lost

We use it at our retail store and it's exactly what we needed. It's fast and has a lot of screen real estate.

My twins turned 16 and their Grandmother wanted to get them laptops for their birthday. Due to this pandemic, I was having a hard time finding affordable laptops locally. I was fortunate to come across these and was able to order online and have contactless pick up! Great experience all the way around!!!

Needed to replace my 2012 17.3" HP laptop running Windows 7. I've been watching for a certain price point when Best Buy ran a one day special. I had been reading the positive reviews on this laptop and I was pleased to see the 8GB memory. I need the larger screen size for regular computer use. Store pick up was quick and easy. I will have this laptop for years to come.

Bought this a month or so ago to replace a laptop I've had for a few years. The screen is large and good quality, I've been able to hook up a second monitor, log in to work, and play video games with ease. The camera quality is fine, but definitely low res. But it works perfectly fine for video calls. All and all very easy to use, and good value

This is an excellent computer for the price and it is very easy to use. Good battery life and a huge screen.

Have not used the computer as much as I would like to as I still have my old reliable tower computer I bought 6 Years ago from Best Buy. This is my first laptop computer. So far I like the 17 inch viewing area reason I bought this model. Having the support of the Geek Squad is fantastic.

Love it! Lightweight, fast, easy to use. I like that the screen is big so I can watch movies on it.

It came with Windows S setting installed which created several issues upfront. I had a difficult time downloading the software I needed to use until I uninstalled the software. This computer also has issues with staying connected to my internet. On a more positive note, I love the screen and size of this laptop. It's great for doing renderings.

It's light and the screen is large. The keyboard is very comfortable to use. Perfect for quick work.

Does what you expect for this size laptop at this good price. Only frustration is it set to only use apps from Microsoft store and they don't always work fully (including Dropbox); but problem solved by turning off block of outside apps and getting the apps directly (such as from Dropbox itself)
